I bought a new Carrier 2-stage furnace. The professional technicians arrived on time, used drop cloths, and were well-organized. The furnace was new and sealed in a crate. All joints were sealed, gas line fittings were perfect, and intake/exhaust runs were flawless. Air Point techs even fixed the builder-installed A-coil tray angle to ensure proper water flow. If your furnace leaks water, it's probably because the A-coil isn't routed correctly. Watching the techs work was like watching a perfectly-timed orchestra. They simply do fantastic work, and that's all there is to say.

I've been using Airpoint for years and they never disappoint with their quality, speed, and pricing. My tenants called to say the furnace was broken in the middle of winter, which was a bummer. Reliance said it wasn't worth fixing (cracked heat exchanger), but Oleg set up an installation for the very next morning. I doubt any other company could've been faster. The team arrived on time, replaced the furnace, made sure it worked, and left the place clean. Seriously impressed. They explained all the benefits of a greenspeed Carrier intelligence furnace and how it worked. Highly recommend these GTA service gems.

Vadym and Alexander replaced my furnace and were super professional. They arrived early and laid down canvas cloth to protect my basement door. While replacing the furnace, they also cleaned the AC and adjusted my gas pipe to add a shut-off valve. It's these little touches that made them stand out. Oleg was courteous and made sure my furnace was replaced ASAP. I shopped around, and Oleg's quote was the most competitive. I highly recommend Air Point Heating and Cooling.
