I went there because I had a ABS indicator light on the vehicle. They found some series issues with my vehicle and did the repairs. I am happy because otherwise it could have caused even accident.Great work guys!! Thank you very much.

In the past I have used several different repair shops and have always left wondering if they took me for a ride. Not so with Thorncliffe Auto Repair. They are straight forward and suggest ways for me to save on costs. I feel like they are looking out for me and that I can trust them to be honest with me. This is a huge benefit for me in a car repair shop. Any work they have done has been done well, bigger items with warranty. Staff is very friendly and professional too.

Recently, I had to bring my car into the auto shop for some repairs. Jason and his staff were so busy that day, but he assured me that they will be able to inspect the vehicle on the same day to determine why there was a problem to begin with. Jason did phone me back to say that there were some major issues with my car. Jason took the time to go through what needs to be done and, of course, the pricing of the various parts / labor / etc. He didn't pressure me to have an answer right away, which I appreciated. I kept thinking, would a friendly neighborhood auto repair shop can fix all of the problems of my car. You always heard a lot of awful stories of other auto shops and how they can trick you into having services that they weren't necessarily done. And, of course the prices would be so outrageous. But at Thorncliffe Automotive Repair shop, Jason and his staff are so friendly and they fixed my car as good as new. They knew what they did and I appreciated it. So, whether or not you have a domestic or foreign car, Jason and his crew would help you out. Thank you Jason and your staff for doing such a great job.

Thorncliffe Auto repair has been excellent to us! We came to use their services after we won a spring service tune up - that they had generously donated to a non profit. When our car unexpectedly needed some repairs following a small collision, they did the work for less than we expected. Ashley at the front desk is friendly, clear and accommodating. Five stars!

We needed our tire repaired and called around to find a place that could fit us in. NAPA AUTOPRO in Thorncliffe was close by and the receptionist was very friendly, helpful and honest. They fixed out tire the same day for the price quoted. Very reasonably priced.We recently moved to the area and plan to bring our vehicles in for service in the future. It is refreshing to find a place we can trust as we have only been using the dealerships until this point.Thanks again to those at NAPA for the exceptional service.

Great service, very communicative, good about explaining what they found and my options. It’s under new management; not sure what it was like before, but I would definitely go back if I ever have issues again. Went in for my brakes and shocks and my car feels brand new again.

Highly recommend!,This hidden gem is a great asset to the community. It’s very close to strip malls and restaurants if you need to wait for a repair. The phone was answered promptly and professionally and we were scheduled in as soon as was possible. The quote and final cost was fair and time frame of completion was accurate. We did have a minor issue which could have escalated but it was dealt with promptly and with integrity. Thank you
