the response of the dealership discloses exactly what these people are about. They can take the deposit over the phone but the cant reimburse it over the phone. They knew exactly who they were talking to, and knew it was us over the phone. They also knew we purchased a car at different place in the end. When my husband came back to get the deposit he was sneered at by the dealer and we left with a very bad feeling. So I still stick by my original feeling - if you live far away and in the end don't buy a car from this dealership you are going to have to drive back to get your deposit. They will make your life hard. So here you go, leave a deposit of 500$ and then you will drive a gas tank of another 100$ to get it back.

Good guys. Way better than most dealership's for service at least. Subaru is not high end so you need to keep cool, communicate, be honest and respectful, ask questions about the limits of vehicles and warranties (especially for people who purchase with heavy modifications in mind, which I would heavily recommend doing outside of the warranty period, under the close supervision of a trusted and personalized garage, and only when you can complete all of the supporting conversions). If you follow this and be clear about your needs with the service manager, they will find the best solution and take care of you. If you kick things off acting like a jerk than you deserve the pushback you will likely get. I can tell you for a fact they personally helped me overcome the questionable service of another Subaru dealership and continue to provide continuous oversight, advice and support. Help them help you, and it will likely go better than even most small garages.

If you want to buy a Subaru, try to find another dealer. Sales department not really the must honest. We'll never visit them. Maybe the service department could be a good one. But don't try to buy a car from there.

They were able to accommodate me on short notice. Offered a curtisy vehicle which I declined. Provided coffee Wi-Fi and a news station. All in all a pleasant experience as well as efficient service and a clean car. What not to reccomend.

I had a very positive experience dealing with Vianney Rivard when purchasing a used car sight-unseen. Coming from out of province to purchase a car and planning to drive many hours home on the same day is not how I would normally approach car buying. The car was as advertised, they were prepared for me, and I was in and out and on my way within 30 minutes.

We were treated proficiently by Hugo Michaud, he is a very nice man. They kept their word when I told them on the phone that I want to take the car, they kept for me. I recommend that you buy from this dealer.

After 1 hour drive to the dealership, I come to see a used 2013 Subaru, that was $6.5K,I come see the vehicle, they tell me it has mechanical issues, it cannot drive., Which before they told me I can test drive it, before I arrived.They haven't even inspected the vehicle, they don't know how many problems it might have, and they already put a pretty high price on it, that can't even drive.,After., saying if I want to buy it fixed, they will have to put a higher price on the vehicle. Anybody else thinks that buying a vehicle for $6.5K that cannot drive worth it? Let me know, or am I crazy :/
