SCAM and Expensive! Never again!Should have cost less than $4,000. Ended up costing over $30,000!!!!! >:|Our first experience with King's Septic/Evergreen Onsite was when our property manager recommended a septic repair service because we had some drainage issues with our Septic System. They noted that we had the old 1960-70's style tiles for the leech field, and suggested that we get those replaced. I was very clear multiple times with them, that I was not the expert, and that whatever we do, I want it to be a solution that lasts for a LONG time! When we received the proposal, I never noticed (being ignorant) that the proposal DID NOT INCLUDE UPDATING THE LEECH FIELD! Instead, they replaced the D-Box and the tight-line, and inserted a new filter (about $30 for the filter), and... they installed risers to grade for easier access in the future. Total cost for this little tiny job? $4,814! Should have been closer to $2,700 (I found out better after researching).Well in 2018, we were ready to move on from this property and lease ended anyway, so instead of renting it out, we got it ready to sell. At this point we still thought the company was okay, so we called in an inspection since they offered a discount for past customers"

$675 to show up not when asked, to tear up back yard and do a half-baked job of fixing. No card or note with an explanation of what they were charging me for. Will never use them again.

My Sellers hired this company to conduct a Septic Inspection during the course of the sale of their property. This company identified several items in need of repair. My Sellers spent nearly $3000 on the required repairs and submitted the receipts for the work at which point Evergreen provided us with a Snohomish County Septic Report approving the system which was also filed with the County. The Buyers experienced an issue with the system after moving in and called Evergreen to come back out. The Technician they sent told the buyer that my sellers did not do the repairs and now the Buyer is accusing my Sellers of fraud! This is just insane!! Evergreen Onsite has no clue what they are doing!
