Why do your ATMs never work? Like honestly can't you just keep things maintained?

I had heard great things about Libro, so my husband and I went in to inquire as we weren’t happy with our current bank. We were looking to switch everything over; however, we left feeling more discouraged and didn’t see any benefit to a credit union. We have made the decision to stay at our current bank because of this.

The ATM isn't available after hours. The card reader to let you in has been broken for at least a month.

Been banking here for 9 years. Have closed all other accounts. A truly helpful and accountable place for my money. Sorry my family in the rest of Ontario and Canada don’t have branches near them.

This branch has friendly and helpful staff. It is refreshing to be a part of a community focused bank.

My partner who us confined to a wheelchair recently had a banking need which required him to attend a branch. We had never visited this new location before . We located a handicapped parking spot at the rear of the building but there were no visible signs of an entrance. I left him in the car and went looking. There was no rear entrance so I proceeded to the side parking lot which was very poorly plowed. No entrance and no wheelchair access to Richmond Street. I proceeded to the main entrance on Richmond Street and went in . I explained my problem and was told to park on Richmond. I took the employee to show her that Richmond Street had no access. Curbs were piled with snow, and even without snow there was no ramp !! Ultimately the employee agreed to come to our car to complete the transaction which was fabulous customer service BUT unfortunately we will have to close the account as we cannot access the building.

I have no complaints about the service in general here. I have been a member for over 25 years. I just don't understand why they would move from their former location, which had plenty of free parking to one that is on a busy street with no parking. Very inconvenient. Unfortunately, I will have to use a different branch from here on.

You always hope for consistency and reliability with a financial institution.Unfortunately, despite having a few great staff, this Libro branch just does not meet the professional standards that you come to expect from a bank.Do better Libro!
