I've lived at Terraces on King by Spallacci for almost 1 year. The superintendent and property manager are so caring and responsive to requests, building is clean and quiet. You can't ask for a better group to rent from.

Totally recommended. I lived on the second floor of Terraces on JohnBuilding (307 John St South, Hamilton) for two years. This building may looks a little old from the outside but the inside is spacious and bright. I've never seen any cockroaches or bedbugs at all and am very satisfied with our superintendent, Lori. She was responsible, active, and quickly responds. The property manager, Gina was also great and cares a lot. I usually don't comment for any review for building but I believe that they deserve a 5-star comment.
