My door has been installed over a year ago. It has leaked since day one it’s like pulling teeth getting in touch with a live person and they virtually never return my calls. I will update this post as soon as queens doors decides to do what’s right.Since I posted this, queen stores has been in contact with me and has rectified the problem. I originally gave them a one star, but I bumped it up to a three because they did what was right and came back to fix the problem. Thank you. Queens doors .

Taking to small court and Bbb.Glass cracked within first 30 days and they also illegally double charged me $339.Installation guy was nice -the rest of company behaves like scam- I am disappointed and will not stop till resolved.
