LVB Tanning and Spa

The old lady serving me was so judgmental to me right when i walk in. She was probably on her cellphone while serving me too because after i paid it took her a good 2 min to realise i was done paying. I didn’t see if she was on her phone because of the counter but it looked like it. I took 10min in the tanning machine and didn’t looked tan after it too. But honestly the service of the old lady was very not professional at all. First and last time trying this salon.

I went for a tanning session and I absolutely loved the service I obtained! What a great customer service I got from Jacinthe! (I even asked her for her name) the place is very clean, I loved the machine, I used the Royal sun 160 watts and it is very spacious which is great. Jacinthe took the time to explain the machine to me as well as the customer plans. I did not purchase my 250 minutes with them (that is because I go to another salon and they were closed this day so I need to finish my minutes there first) but I will definitely be coming back!

Don't buy any packages here, IT IS A SCAM. No one verbally tells you that all of the minutes you bought, will expire after only 1 year, to get them back, you have to pay more. The owner makes it seem as though you are informed by saying look on the website

I have been coming to La Vie En Bronze, for more than 3 years now. I use most of the services at the spa. I am always greeted with a smile. Everything is explained to me in great detail. The place is super clean, and friendly. I have always left more than satisfied. It's so nice to have everything in one place. It's too bad that one unhappy customer or two, need to put fake reviews so that they feel better about themselves. Since I have started coming to the spa, I feel like a brand new person, and have had so many people comment on how good I look. Thank you Magalie, and Brigitte, my face, hair and nails never looked better. Thank you Nancy for the personal touch that I can only find at your place.

LVB has a clean, warm and relaxing decor. I’m personally a regular customer of the spa, the great staff welcomes and fills our needs, with affordable prices as well. Nancy is this amazing hard working owner, very sweet and helpful person to know.

im extremely disappointed with my experience here, i am an aesthetician who’s not exactly in favour of going to a tanning bed just because i know the damage it can cause our skin but ive been told by my colleagues it is recommended to tan before travelling to sunny destinations to create a base… i had to wait until the last possible moment to go to the tanning bed as im in the process of doing laser hair removal and the two are not recommended together… the lady at the desk actually recommended that it was too late for a skin prep and that one session 2 days before my trip wont do enough… i feel like she needed to make a quick buck because she flipped a switch when i thanked her for her honest opinion and was on my way out… she said it could be good to start a base… i warned about my extremely pale skin and that i burn easily… she brushed off my concerns and just put me into a cubicle and didn’t even bother explaining to me the (for me) unknown yet simple process of going in a tanning bed. she recommended i wear no spf and even gave me a cream which she claimed would help protect my skin but im convinced it was an accelerator. all this to say i was burnt to a crisp no more than an hour later. it was so painful all over my chest and stomach so much so that i was crying. i had even called the salon a week prior to get some info and i was told they have several machines for different skin types and that i would have an assessment upon arrival. i came with a friend who was obviously more olive toned than i and we were actually put into the same exact bed. i never expected this experience and im truly truly disappointed and will never ever be coming back here. i would never recommend this salon.

I just wanted to point out that I have been going to this tanning salon since Nancy has been the owner and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it. The staff is super welcoming super sweet, Nancy is always smiling making ALL customers feel comfortable and great. Amongst many salons I have tried out, this is the cleanest I have been into. The beds are always clean, rooms are always neat and organized and they have a multipler amount of services that you can do there.It is always a pleasure to go to La Vie En bronze in both locations, I would never ever change this place.

Very clean and well organized. But what keeps me coming back is the most amazing reception I get from Francesca. Super friendly, accommodating she is the ray of sunshine in this wonderful salon.
