I went the for the first time to get a pedicure and I was satisfied. She did a wonderful job and fast.

Horrible service! I did a manicure shellac on the 23rd of June before leaving the country. The manicure lasted barely two days and was chipping. When I came back to Montreal on the 4th of July, i called the salon and asked them if they could fix my nails. Let me mention that they initially accepted to take me, over the phone. When I arrived for my appointment the next day, they refused and disregarded my explanations , saying that it had been over a week. Basically they wanted to charge me to fix all of my nails and even if I politely explained to them that I was out of the country (so not possible to fix the nails beforehand). I also proposed to show them proof that I wasn’t in Montreal during that time. They still refused.Also, every time I took an appointment with this salon there was an issue. By instance, I had to wait over 30-45 mins to get my nails or my pedicure done, they make you sit and you wait ; nails are poorly and rapidly done and they are NOT organized (they take walk in clients before clients that have appointments , they ignore you when you come passed the front door , etc) . It’s hectic.I strongly do not recommend this place if u care about customer care / service. It’s a shame because I was always willing to give this place and extra chance and not leave any negative reviews (prices are decent, some nail techs ok ) but I really feel like this should be shared because the positive reviews do not portray the reality of this salon.

Really good experience my nails came out so good the people are clean and neat and they don’t rush people ❤️ .

It was really good. They give me the design I asked for. My nail tech was Dani. Good customer service too
