Ultramar - Gas Station

I still can't figure out why people go out of town for their mechanic work.

I was on vacation in the area when my car started making a bad squealing sound. I brought it to the Ultramar in Inverness because it was the first service station I came to. Although I didn't have an appointment, the mechanic got the car looked at and repaired within 10 minutes and I was quickly on the road again. And for less than $50! This would have been the opportunity some service stations would have taken to gouge a visitor - someone they would not be likely to ever see again and for whom waiting for car repairs for hours would be a hardship.Thank you for a great experience. I'm impressed with your honesty, integrity, and for how quickly you were able to determine what the problem was.This is my 4th visit to the area and I always tell everyone at home how amazing the people of Cape Breton are Today proved it once again.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.The bathrooms look like someone died in them, the service when I brought it up was boarderline racist.The person acted unprofessional and very rude .Do not recommend.Siphon gas before going here

Great friendly service and knowledgeable, even helped pressurize my tires!

The only gas station in town and it is closed on Sunday. My rating is not based on the station but on Google for posting that it is open.
