I can't review it because they cancelled my appointment. I'm sure they are good but they do not do motorcycles. Hailcraft next door does motorcycles Carstar made an appointment for me but when I showed up said they had to cancel because they do not do motorcycles.

I got my insurance work done at this Carstar in Olds. There was hail all around the truck and a collision on the box. Once I received the truck I drove it home after a very brief inspection with the General Manager, Jon Holick. Once I brought it home I took a closer look and it looks like a child in a garage painted and taped the truck. The front fenders both had excessive over spray from the blending to the new hood. The fuel door was installed incorrectly and has all-ready torn paint off of the box after one fill at the pump. A door has chips that look like pulled paint from the repairs, that were not touched up. I brought the truck back and spoke to Jon about the issues I had and after him saying I was wrong for 10 minutes I finally asked for someone else to talk to. He informed me he is the highest ranked at Carstar and there is no one he reports to. He also told me to leave and just call my insurance company if I don’t like what he says. After months, well over $10,000 in repairs, I now have a truck that is in worse shape then before the damage occurred. I am extremely displeased that a company can’t stand behind their work and a manager would treat me in such a way. I will never go back here and recommend no one ever gets work done as they will take the money and turn their backs to you. No warranty service and terrible attitude from the man running the branch.

I contacted Carstar and worked with John on a little mishap which resulted in a small door dent. John was very accommodating in getting my vehicle in on a very short schedule and repaired in a day and a half. The results were amazing and service second to none. I highly recommended dealing with John and Carstar in Olds! Thanks again John!

They get the job done, and If any problems they will fix it right away. Had got my truck fixed here, and had a really good experience. Thx and keep up the good work.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The girls in the front were knowledgeable, courteous and extremely pleasant to deal with. Great job on body damage of my SUV and they returned it much cleaner than I took it there. I couldn’t be more pleased. I would totally recommend them.

Have used Carstar in Olds a few times now. Through my insurance company. Very impressed! Rental vehicle is there to pick up when I drop off mine. Repairs on my vehicle are done to expectations and above. My vehicle was detailed when picked up after my last repairs. Very appreciated! Thank you!

I brought my wife’s car in at the beginning of April for an insurance fix to get done. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks. After a month and hearing nothing we finally called and parts were not in. Currently we are told the car will be ready in June…so two months with a rental, and a massive lack of communication at any point during this process has made us very disappointed and currently would not recommend again…ever. At this point I just hope to get our car back by July realistically. Not impressed at all. I’m actually furious about dealing with them…
