Careful with this one. Went here boxing day, Asked if toppings were free on ice cream to wedjan, and the she said yes. Then she charged us extra for toppings!! When we asked why, she said the FIRST one was only free. She never said that while we were ordering. Also, the portion size was small for 2 scoops. I didnt cause a scene for 2 dollars, but holy smokes this brand is going downhill. Never coming back

I called 51 times trying to pick up for curbside pickup and had no one pick up since the line was busy. I then waited 45 minutes. The store associate was apologetic and very nice. But when I emailed customer service, they of course blamed the pandemic... Not their unprepared-ness for Christmas during a lockdown lol.

I frequently shop at Purdys at several locations, and I was recently visiting this one in Mississauga. The customer service was beyond rude, and the representatives were irritated by a request to wrap and use a ribbon for a thank you gift. Apparently such a request, though multiple Purdys stores comply was so unimaginable that I was met with obvious irritation. I was also asked how they (other stores) do it, which to me was perplexing. I was told that they no longer did thank you ribbons" and if I was unhappy with the wrapping

I love Purdys. I used to work for this company years ago (at this location actually) and 10 years later I still speak highly of this company. It was one of the best places I worked at. The quality of the product is top notch and they treat their employees well.

I am a regular visitor with my kids to this location but on Friday June 16th I went with my kids (it was about to close) ... I think they were rushing to close the store. The ice cream scoop I received was much smaller. While handing over to my little daughter, a piece of ice cream fell from one side but the Sales lady was not concerned.... ignored and hand over it to my daughter. Please make sure to keep your customers happy. You will not survive otherwise.

I visited this location recently for some chocolates and was met with a disinterested attitude by a worker named Camilla. She was on her phone texting and did not stop to say hello to me. She was speaking extremely loudly and I could hear her from outside the store. She lacks the professionalism I am usually met with by the other staff. Otherwise, the staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable on the product and they are very professional as well.

I wanted to leave a review for the nice gentleman working there in the evening on January 7. I had an inquiry about some of the product ingredients, and he went out of his way to understand the situation and to provide information as to clarify some of my concerns. It was much appreciated given that it was not my initial place of purchase, yet he still was patient and provided customer service on behalf of the company. This is exactly how customer service should be so I really hope this location acknowledges his efforts.
