Bought a 14 thousand dollar Bensen couch in December 2016 from Kiosk in Toronto. Less than 2 years later noticed seat cushions had changed colour and nap worn. Cushions misshapen. Contacted Kiosk who reached out to Bensen. Their solution was to reupholster the whole couch - at my expense. Said they would not do just the seat cushions since they wouldn’t be able to guarantee a match. Very unco-operative. They don’t stand behind their product. A 14 thousand dollar couch should last more than 2 years. It is not in the sun and has not had excessive use. Very disappointing. Do not buy a Bensen couch.
