The heater in my house stopped working. Chris was able to diagnose and fix the problem. He was very nice and took the time to answer my questions. He also followed up with me to make sure my heater was working properly. Great service at a reasonable price.

We needed a new hot water tank. Our old one was long overdue. Did not want to take a risk and start a flood in our home. These guys did a great job in unclogging my bathtub. The clogging was due to women hair from the previous tenants that lived here. The water after a shower takes minutes to drain. When this guys came in they solved the problem and gave me honest quote. After that problem was solved! I will be going back to them if i have anymore plumbing issues.

Water tank crapped out, had WDR Contracting come in the next day for a replacement and installation of the new water heater. They were very professional and not disruptive, which is a bonus since both my husband I work from home.

Helped us out with replacing our hot water tank when another guy flaked. Committed to finishing despite weather and unexpected troubleshooting to the end. Professional, courteous, reliable, reasonable, knowledgeable, and patient. The reviews are true, would definitely recommend.

I got ripped off big time! I had a heating issue and the young man that came over really didn't understand what he was doing. I ended up giving him $250 cash for nothing for the first visit. He swapped out one part and performed some diagnostics". He said things should be good and callback if it's still an issue. Problem not fixed!He came back a few days later and changed a couple of parts which he perceived to be the potential culprits.He wanted $500 for the follow-up appointment which absolutely did nothing. At the end of the day they basically scammed me $250 for no resolution. I was not going to be scammed any further and refused to pay an extra $500. This could have ended being a $750 total charge for nothing.I was referred to another company by a friend and they diagnosed the problem literally in 5 minutes. He took another 10 minutes to resolve my issue. Problem fixed for a super reasonable price.WDR should not be in the business if they don't have the experience and knowledge to fix what ended up being an obvious and basic issue. Please be aware and look elsewhere as the boss seems to be super greedy. These guys will charge you whether they fix an issue or not so stay away. I am out $250 and if they return my money I would donate it to charity. I doubt that will happen."
