Thanks to Nancy for making the step of getting a quote and then the contract step so easy and transparent. Thanks to Wayne and Tristan for doing the move. They were punctual. They took good care of the items they were moving. They were friendly. The refugee family, for whom we were doing this settlement move, were also most appreciative.

I recently did an internal move in my house. We are renovating and we had to store all of our furniture in our garage or basement. The team that came from Two Men and a Truck were amazing. They were so nice, friendly, responsible, experienced and careful. I was so impressed. I would recommend them for any move. The team that came to my house were Michael, Mikey and Vicay.

Want to pay a shoutout to the team of movers from Windsor, ON, who helped us with a move in late June, 2023, in Sarnia, ON. Not only was the company very responsive and competitively priced, they were willing to drive over 100kms to do the job. In addition, the team of movers was professional, courteous and efficient. All pieces were carefully padded and wrapped prior to loading the truck. We will use them again! Thank you.

Really dissatisfied with the overall experience. Granted I didn’t read every detail of the contract but finding out later that there’s a $250 deductible on any damage that the movers cause was a bit of a surprise… They scratched up the paint on the door to my apartment. The one mover named Mark, continue to remind me about all the additional expenses that I would be liable for. They took up four parking spaces in the apartment parking lot so residents complained. Mark was quick to tell me that if they got a ticket I would be paying for it. They wrap everything with moving blankets and cellophane wrap around the blankets, then tell you that each blanket will be an additional $28. But if you want them to unwrap everything at the location, which, in my case was a storage unit, they wouldn’t charge me for the blankets, however, they would not honour any claims I might have about damaged goods because they wouldn’t be able to tell if it was damage caused by them or by me moving things around after they placed it in the storage unit. You only have five days in which to make a claim so it’s a catch 22 situation because if you have them remove the blankets and make a claim that it will tell you that nobody knows who caused the damage but if you keep the blankets, then you can’t tell if there’s any damage been caused to your property unless you remove them and then you’re into the same issue…This was all explained to me after I loaned them, my tools to disassemble some of the furniture items because their manager had forgotten to put a tool kit in the moving truck . I didn’t want the move delayed while they waited for the tools to be delivered so I kindly offered them the use of my power tools to assist. I didn’t even receive a thank you!This is definitely the last time I’ll use two men and a truck, I will look for professionals who are upfront about all cost ahead of time.

We engaged this company for our second move thinking that they are honest and upfront about their charges. We actually had a quote for a lower amount from another decent moving company.We clearly told Two Men and a Truck that our move involved packing and storing and then delivering to our new address. They gave us a quote which clearly says Complete Estimate" and we accepted. Now they tell us that the quote was only to pack and move to storage and that we would have to pay almost double to move our stuff from storage to our new address! Utterly unprofessional and unethical. We can understand if there is a small extra charge for any additional packing materials but defrauding us (after packing and taking our stuff) by saying that the quote was only for half the journey is outrageous!We will consider legal recourse.We actually went with these guys based on our earlier experience (8+ years ago) but it seems things have gone downhill and professionalism

While they helped my daughter move back to my house they backed in to my roof trough and when I called them to notify they lied and said they did not back into it i noticed when when i took our christmas lights out in april and the driver that backed into it did not report the damage to there headoffice nor to us which was not right. They did not offer to look into it nor pay to fix it all they said was if we had a video of them backing into it which we do not and they could not do anything about it. If they do this to us they could do it to another as well. Take accountability and help out the home because it cost over 2000$ which was way over priced and they lied on top of it most likey to not get in trouble from there owner because of this I would NEVER hire them again.
