I'm very disappointed right now. I took my ring here to get resized from a 7 to a 6.25 a couple of years ago.The ring came back and fit very tightly on my finger. They said I wasnt used to it. I left the store and tried it for a few days but it was very uncomfortable. I went back and was told that I should use Windex when I want to take it off. They brought out Windex and the ring would not come off. My hand was in so much pain. When it finally came off, they checked the size and found out their jeweller had resized it to a 5.75 instead of 6.25!!!!! They fixed it.Now, maybe 2 years later, my ring is perfectly split exactly where the jeweller would have made his cut. this engagement ring has a lifetime warranty but they will not cover the cost to repair this as it is clear that this cut was made during the multiple resizings and they blamed it on poor craftsmanship at Rosser Reeves. Apparently the gold should have never separated if it was sutured and reinforced properly especially after a couple of years of wear at a desk job!

Won't go anywhere else when I want to treat myself to something nice. Thank you for the awesome selection, warm welcomes and amazing atmosphere!

I have taken all of my watches to Rosser Reeves for years. Exemplary service. Sometimes more expensive delicate watches need to be sent out. I appreciate their vigilance and expertise! Some watches need more than the mall kiosk.

Love the friendly staff who are always so helpful & ready to answer any questions & assist in any way possible. So pleased with my new bracelet that was made by their goldsmith. It’s a very special piece that I will wear & cherish for years to come. I couldn’t be happier.

I would rate this place a 10/10 if I had too! Patty the owner is super nice and very honest! I had my ring taken in to get the prongs tightened and they did a fabulous job and you can trust them!! They are super friendly and will give you the most honest advice!! Loved this place!

I brought my wedding band in to be sautered to my engagement ring and they did a wonderful job! I will be returning and I'll be going there for now on! I'm so happy with my ring! The ladies that work in there are so friendly and they do there best and they are so honest! I will recommend them to anyone!! Hands down 100stars!!

Top-notch service and extremely friendly staff. Not only were they genuinely excited to help me design a custom video-game themed ring for my wife when I had it made with them 6 years ago, but since then they have gone far above the call of duty with repairing and maintaining it. Brought 2 watches to have the batteries replaced. When I arrived on the day it was supposed to be done by I was told 1 watch needed to be sent out to be repaired (6-8 weeks) the issue wasn't a dead battery. The second watch also needed to be sent out but with no explanation as to why.I was upset that no one contacted me within the 2 and a half weeks they had the watches to tell me anything was wrong and I decided to take my watches elsewhere for a second opinion.I took both watches to another jeweller and had both batteries replaced as I waited, approximately 15 minutes. There was nothing wrong with either watch and after batteries were replaced both are working fine.Poor customer service and downright lied to get more money for nonexistent repairs.
