I have been getting printing services from this location for more than a year. My prints always come on time and in great shape! The customer service is spectacular and everyone is very friendly. I will definitely continue to use this store’s services. Thank you!

This location is fantastic, they have a friendly and knowledgeable staff that is always courteous and there to help with any of your can UPS needs including printing and shipping of anything you have. They are open long hours for our convenience. One thing I've always noticed is that they have always made a point to know the customer's name whenever the customer is a regular. I highly recommend this UPS location!

I have a business mailbox here at UPS store #38 and receive all my packages with ease and worry free. Chandan and staff are super friendly and provide impeccable service all around. Always a joy to come by and say hi and pickup my packages weekly. I highly recommend this location for all your shipping and receiving needs!

I had an urgent and important overnight package to the US to send out 15 minutes before the cutoff time. Coree helped me and she was hands down the most knowledgeable UPS employee I've worked with. I've regularly shipped UPS online for a decade but this shipment had extra requirements and she calmly and quickly walked me through all the extra paperwork. I'm grateful for her knowledge and help today.

Very good service and reasonable price. UPS in general is a great courier company and this store provides a good service of UPS. I mailed some items form here before and was happy with it, but mostly use their print and copy service which has a good quality and easy to use. Price is reasonable as well.It's been a few years I've gone here. Seems the owner has changed. The previous owner and staff were super nice and friendly and accurate, but this doesn’t mean that the new owner and staff aren’t nice. Their customer service and store is pretty neat as well. I highly recommend them.They’ve recently added a passport photo booth which makes it comfortable for the residents nearby. Each photo costs $15+taxes.

If you need unnecessary stress in your life, please use this mailing service. They lost our important documents and didn’t bother telling us. We had to call multiple times to finally find out that they lost our package. It’s not even clear if it ever left the store. The corporate was of no help either in locating it. They just told us that they were not going to look for it. I would never recommend UPS to anyone now
