About 10 years ago we had a VoIP system in our office and were disappointed with it's performance so we changed over to conventional phone systems. A few years ago we decided that due to high cost we would look at the VoIP phones again. We were introduced to B1 Communications through one of our sister companies and were total impressed with the new technology! Michael and Drew are amazing to work with and are always there for follow up support. We have now made the change to most of our offices in BC. I decided to go with B1 after experiencing poor customer service and dropped calls with our previous provider. The customer service with B1 is outstanding. They made everything so easy. The installation went smoothly and I’ve had no problems with dropped calls. I highly recommend their service.
