Today, I decided to try a new car wash after renovation and used the Ultimate car wash service. To be honest, I was slightly disappointed by the result of this not cheap service. As you can see from the pictures, some spots on my hatchback were left untouched. The previous touchless car wash was better.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, Shell car wash costed me 16$ but cleaning was hopeless. Never home go to shell again after this sorest service. I suggest stay away. Even the dry was not up to the point.

Pretty much the same as other gas station reviews the Google lords ask for. Need gas, they had it. Yay

Their service and the car wash is a big scam. They left us stuck in the car with little children and never both to come and help. The worst service Waste of money. Go elsewhere for your bucks.

This place is listed as open “24 hours” , yet when I walked in they tell me they’re closed at 8:30 in the morning . Why even be listed as open 24 hours or have the door open if you’re not actually open . Terrible service , wouldn’t recommend coming to this location . You would think it would be a big inconvenience to close down a gas station in the morning but that didn’t stop you

Worst of all car washes, specially if you compare to petro canada or shell’s own wash at Symons valley location.This always leaves dirt on rear of car, 6/6 different times i tried (suv acura mdx and bmw 325i). Seems like they have reduced wash time a lot and it cant cleanup.

This Shell Gas station has went over renovations and looks great, seems like new owners as well. The staff has been great to me each time I have needed there services. Keep up the great work guys!

Think twice before buying car wash at this location, if you accidentally let your car wash code expire, the manager lady would refuse to regenerate a code and you lose the money paid for the service. She told me if you can't use the service then dont buy it. The code expiration was supposed to reduce the chance for thief from punching random code to get a free car wash and not to rob regular customer's hard earned money. Had to fight hard for my consumer rights until the manager finally reluctantly offered a complimentary carwash. Very sad business practice. I'd rather drive further to get gas, service and products else where. The gas price is consistently more expensive here anyway.

Their carwash belongs to stone age. I preferred to forget my $14 instead of dealing with flat tires later.

Why Shell , hires always new immigrants who can’t talk proper or even provide at list a minimum quality service specially at this country hill location?Who has this answer ??!!I’m tired of all this stupid associates specially on all females including trainees… just disgusting
