It’s the place to go to get your Drivers license and medicare card. Not dog friendly. Bring a chair, comfy shoes and snacks, sometimes it can be a wait, lineups out the door because of covid.Polite and friendly very helpful clerks

Best SAAQ office in the area. The people working here are friendly and helpful, understand the procedures well. Lines can be long for walk-in but they are efficient.

An hour and a half wait !!! You wait in line while everybody else who has an appointment passes before you. You can’t make an appointment online for all services so you have to wait !

Worst service ever, there are 6 counters in total and they are accepting people only in 2 counters and other employees are chitchatting in the back.For 2 mins service i had to wait 1 and half hour. Someone should teach government how to use taxes wisely

Awful. Spent two hours in the cold. Then a half hour inside. They said they couldn't tell if I paid my license and that I should pay it again. They said they'd send me a refund when the find out. I won't be holding my breath.

Should be able to renew registration online, with a system that can implement monthly payments. Would avoid the exceptionally long wait time and ridiculously long line ups. New system implemented has stopped working numerous times since opening up. Friend has had a cat for a month and not be able to register it, appointments are 2-4 months out. Luckily if you get a cancellation. Horrendous and difficult the last few years.Edit: after looking some lower reviews. There were about 20 people inside, and about 30 waiting from the door to the side of the building. So there definitely isn’t a problem any longer because of vivid, with 20 people inside waiting, staff and a woman at the door also, no masks. It’s no longer a vivid explanation.. I was there and at 3 other saaq yesterday..

Made an appointment online, was in and out in less than 15 minutes. After hearing about long wait times it was a nice relief!

I waited in a huge line-up outside in the cold for 2 hours. The line advanced only 5 people in that time. I left discouraged and frustrated and angry. The employees were incredibly slow. They didn't let more people wait inside even though there was plenty of space available. 3rd world level of service.

We visited the office to renewed the health card, at the time their were experiencing some technical difficulties to do the transaction, we were very satisfied with the lady who taken care my wives file, even though we waited for ~1 hour, but she was so nice and stopped the line and fixed the problem with the technical team. A huge thumbs up for the team work!!!

Only have to say the service is 5 star the staff is amazing if had more stars I would give more;)
