Spoon and Fork has a wonderful interior and atmosphere with sophisticated textures, colours, lighting and sculptures. The restaurant and its facilities are maintained proficiently.The food is delicious. Every plate is put together with care and professionalism. The ingredients were fresh and flavourful. The torched Eel was my favourite. There are many items to choose from and the all you can eat option is the best way to enjoy. Order directly from their regular menu will give you distinguished dishes with great creations and garnish.The service staff was friendly, professional, fast and mostly accurate. Some of the errors were large errors but understandable with peak business.The overall valued experience here is good.

Great food and friendly staff. Modifying my post today (Mother's Day 2023). Made the reservation ahead of time today, but they did not mention about charging $39.00 per adult due to Mother's Day. When arrived and asked for the a-la-carte menu, they were less than friendly all together. When asked to speak to a Manager, a guy from the kitchen came out speaking another language and in a very confrontational manner to me in front of my family and all diners. These guys simply ruined our family dinner today. Very poor customer service all around and would never step in again to this poorly run restaurant ever again. No stars at all!

Had a great time on a double date with a 1.5 yr old as well. The staff was very helpful and efficient! The food was good and the place itself has such a good vibe! Will definitely go again.

First time visit. Didn’t expect much but it was quite good. So it’s all-you-can-it sushi plus thai & chinese cuisine. Most of my order was sushi, sashima, and rolls, and tempura. Everything was good, especially the rice in sushi and rolls.

I couldn't even think it deserves any star at all. They deserved NO star, period. I went there simply because of excellent experience I had in Oakville ON. I was totally wrong this time. It is the worst location I had ever been. I felt like not welcome. No respect to us as customer. No proper manner of server. Was it because we didn't order AYCE? I have no clue. Gestures that we felt liked we're asked to leave as soon as we finished our meal. I would not have paid 18% tips. I felt so bad that I invited friend to such a restaurant. Gosh! I just could not believe such a place still exists on earth, period.

Good quality and quantity of food. Good selection and good service. Price is on the higher side, but value added for what you get. Will definitely go back. They have s really good all you can eat buffet.

Previously we had raved about this location... sent people here constantly. The food was delicious and fresh, and the service was fantastic.Unfortunately the last time we went we were disgusted. They didn't bring half of what we ordered, and when we asked about it showed up stale and gross... the seaweed around the roll was soggy to the point that it stuck to the plate when you pi ked it up. The breaded cake on the bottom of the sushi pasta was not edible. When we asked for the rest of what we ordered we were told to wait until we finished those dishes.When we went to leave they tried to tell me we would have to pay extra for the 2 items that were disgusting. When I said no we then had the pleasure of listening to two staff argue behind my head for 5 minutes.

Service was good. Have been to other locations where the food was better. It's good, not great. If you're hungry you can absolutely get your money's worth. Always have liked their concept of small plates, you can try endless different options. Overall good and as expected.

I really liked the concept of buffet where you order what you can eat, which avoids food waste. If not, you are charged extra.The decor was very nice and staff was courteous. The food was elevated for a buffet. There are too many options to choose from, which is great. We went in a group of 5 and still could only try a few dishes.

Spacious and clean. Service is okay. Food is okay. Sushi is okay in quality. Everything’s what you expect from an all-you-can-eat restaurant. Not a big wow but also not disappointing.
