My nail tech was very nice and polite. Very pleasant environment as well. I went for a new set, which included a removal of my last set. It was $70 for the bio-gel set and then an extra $15 for the French tip + tax + tip. Ended up coming up to $100 for just nails - no pedicure. Definitely on the pricier end of nails. I’ve attached a picture of my nails so you can see what I got - no stones, major designs etc - just my usual.I got there at 2:15pm and didn’t leave the salon until 5pm. Service was excruciatingly slow. I didn’t want to complain at the time as my nail tech was so nice and friendly so I didn’t want to come off as rude; however, it was unbearably slow.My nails also didn’t come out the way I wanted, but I didn’t want to add more time by requesting a fix.

Tragic!!It’s a cheap for a reasonFirst of all there is a language barrier!Second of all they have no manners!! They will lie to u in ur face!!!I was staying in a hotel close by nd I broke three nails. One of them was hurting so bad ao I waited a week before fixing it. So when I came to the salon I told her it’s hurting and she kept going rough!! She was so aggressive with my hand ! She didn’t tap my hand to switch she was a slapping it. I told her three times you’re being aggressive can you be nicer and she kept going the same way !! Saying we almost done!!And it was a clearly she doesn’t know how to do extension, so why they lied to me !!This place they don’t have any etiquette to the point where she was holding my hand and two of her colleagues over my head !! They all talking about my nails in thier language!! Like no respect at all !!And finally!! The light machine r so gross dusty and nasty.And I didn’t get the shape I wantAvoid this place at all cost .

Just went there on a snow storm day today with my friend. Both of us were quite satisfied. I had a great set of Shellac Pedicure and gel manicure (as shown in the picture). It's an amazing place. They have many up-to-date colours and experienced staff. Truly worth a try. I'll recommend this place to my other friends.

Have been going here since I was 16 with my mom. Their nail technicians are great, efficient and skillful. I've also left happy with either manicure or pedicure. The prices are reasonable and you should book in advance as they get very busy even on weekdays! Their gel/shellac options are good and I haven't gotten acrylics done but I've seen people get them done and they look really good.

Really a nice place to do your nails. Friendly and professional technicians. Especially, I like Jenna. She is nail artist. When she serve you, you can feel she fully get involved. I really enjoy her working status and her nail art works. BTW, they do eyelash extension too. The price is reasonable. Right now, promotion price start from $88。

Decided to upgrade it from 1 to 4 stars as the owner was very nice and supportive. I had my nails redone for free. will see how it will last. will post an update.Nice place, nails looked nice right after the appointment, but my grade gel manicure started chipping the very next day. by the end of the week i had 70% of chipping nails. such a disappointment!Answering your questions, full name is Antonina, i was there on July 4th, and Jenna did my nails. Yuki gave me a nice pedicure - it's perfect actually. However, while I was there, along with one other client, the staff who weren't busy all gathered around a third client who arrived (who it seems was a friend or colleague of the staff) when she started her pedicure... and she put her phone on speaker and they all had a loud, long conversation. So it was fairly noisy, not to mention rude and unprofessional to have all the staff jabbering away with each other and whoever was on the phone, in front of clients.

While visiting from out of the country, and staying at the nearby Hilton, I stopped in for my first gel manicure. I'm so sorry I can't remember the nail tech's name. She was very efficient and I'm really pleased. Establishment was clean, friendly, no-frills Good price. After researching many different options, glad I chose this place. (Visited 10/18/22)

This is a good place to go to and you usually don't need to make an appointment unless you prefer someone in specific. I used to go to Kate but she is no longer working there so I now go to Nicole. She is great, quick, and does a very thorough job. The salon is hygienic and sterile and most people speak English.I find sometimes even though you make an appointment, you end up having to wait 15-30 minutes so definitely don't go here if you are in a pinch for time.I've only ever had one bad experience here but like I said, most of the nail techs are extremely talented.
