My weekly trash gets looker over every other week. When they say they will reschedule the pick up it does not occur when they say. When you asked to speak to a supervisor you can never get one, they do not return calls

Waste Management charged our account for overage and unsafe load when one side of the can lid was sticking up a little bit. As soon as the truck touched the can to dump it dropped completely down. We had this all on video footage. As the driver was lifting the can the side door was open and you can see the empty space inside and the few black garbage bags. The charges extra $175 fee when our service only $23/week.Then they make it so you can’t even reply to the email. It says noreply to the notice they send.

I have had nothing but a great experience with WM. I had to call twice in all the time WM has been working my area. WM consumer servers reo has always made me feel that my issue was important. Thank you for all U do!

Truck crew is reliable & professional. beware of 1 empty box holding up the lid. you will get added charges for weeks of svc.If you change your pickup frequency read everything they will dupe you in to a new 3 year contract at a huge increase. don't trust them.
