The worst brokerage! They don’t call back, they don’t do anything in time. Two months took me chasing them to get two things solved and still awaiting for the rest to be resolved. Last year they forgot to put my new vehicle on insurance for 3 months. We are looking to switch. Other insurance I call and get a quote same time but they can provide a quote for 2 months. They keep bouncing me from one broker to another to a third one and they never apologize.

The most personable brokerage in our region. Whether it's Patricia, Mena, Paul or any of the other ladies, they address you like your their neighbors...quite the small town personal feel. Over the years I've been in to discuss stuff with Paul and can't count the number of times he's sympathetically dealing with a widow whom has lost a spouse, someone who's place burned down in a fire, a car accident etc etc etc...unlike some of the other negative posts might have you believe, these people do care and care for the community that they have been serving for many years. I might save a dollar here or there if I joined my group insurance policy from work (group discount) but I would never even consider that as I'm not a fan of dealing with call centres...in a production plant type of manner. Being able to stop in to do any of my business is critical and much more easier when your dealing with great professionals. Thanks for all the years of service and support Monteiro Team.

Paul was very helpful when i required last minute insurance on my new destination trailer..

My family and I now have been with Monteiro Insurance for as long as I've driven a car. Currently in a house for 8 years covered by them has been great. Recently due to the wind storm I've had to place a claim and their attention to detail and follow up to help ensure steps were in place to fix my roof has been great. Took a lot of the stress out of the situation for me knowing that Paul and team were doing what needed to be done.

It is very hard to deal with them. They made a confusion out of our policies and do not answer my emails, answer my calls or call back as promise.Patricia has been handling our account , and we are very dissatisfied with the service.She forgot to made a change, and this means charges of more than $1000 on a lump sum; while the charges were valid, her lack of diligence put us in a hard spot to get all that money.I call the office to inquire about an illegitimate charge, and no one answer back. Wrote Patricia an email again no answer. First Email, I sent to Patricia inquiring about the charge was on Feb 12, today is March 1st and still no answer even thought I call the office after the email and promise an agent would call back. I call back today twice and still waiting for someone to help me.As how things have been with them, I do not recommend these people, and if you still decide to go with them; please do not let Patricia handle your account. It's been a week since, I ask her for a quote for a new product, and not even to take my money she would answer back.

I have been with Monteiro Insurance for 36 years. A family owned business that is very professional, and great service. I remember when we came from Portugal Mr. Monteiro would go out of his way to help us with anything we needed. WARNING KEEP AWAY if I could give them a zero star I would. I am writing this from experience these people are the worst they never return your calls they don’t care about their customers. I called the other day to the office and I explained that I wasn’t happy with the insurance company that I was currently with the secretary then proceeds to laugh in my face I asked her to please stop laughing as I wasn’t kidding and that I had a bad experience with that insurance company I told her that my policy was coming up for renewal and I would like to switch to another company they refused to help me switch they said I had no choice but to stay with the company that I was currently with an unhappy with they do not care about their customers they act nice at they beginning and the minute that they catch that you signed those papers you are no longer valued to them so I warn everybody please stay away because they will do to you what they did to me.

PLEASE READI was so hesitant to call Monteiro Insurance because of the google reviews. However, I have to because I just purchased a car.My experience with PATRICIA was great! She was so calm and helpful, she tried her best to get me the best qoute. I had so many questions which she patiently answered.It’s now my 2nd car with them and I’ll continue getting my car insured with this broker.IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET YOUR CAR INSURED, DON’T GET INTIMIDATED BY THE GOOGLE REVIEWS - TRY TO SEE HOW THEY ARE FIRST!
