Aless’ team is amazing. He is very experienced, supportive, patient, communicative and considerate. We only had one month to prepare for a 3-day event. It was very very challenging and seemed impossible for us, but Aless helped our team to make it happen. The whole process was smooth and I felt comfortable to work with him.

Alessandro, the coordinator, was very professional and pleasant to deal with from start to finish. Sara, our server, did an excellent job at our party and we were happy with her service overall. Our only issue was that our server was 45 minutes late, which left us scrambling at the beginning of our party. I would still recommend working with Alessandro, as he has done his very best to rectify the situation.

I have hired 1st Call Events for a large private New Years party. I am very pleased with the service, organization, and professionalism of all the team members. They were courteous, pleasant, fun and made an experience quite joyful. Their attention to little details really makes them stand out from the crowd. All I can say is that I am very very pleased.
