Gas nozzle not functioning properly. Handle was stuck and would not release. Gas spilled out and we were charged the price for the gas spill caused by their dysfunctional nozzle. No refundTerrible service.

The guy named Kunal is doing a really bad service. First, he asked me to bring my car to a different pump and instead of serving my car he started helping other car who came after me. The fuel tank button in my car doesn’t work so I asked him to just push in from outside to open the tank and he behaved like he doesn’t know how to do it and instead started asking me to do it. Other than that he behaved so arrogantly and started showing me angry faces and talked in a very harsh tone. I told him I don’t know how to open the tank from outside because I never did it and I always come here and you guys do it, so how come you can’t help me today?? He just ignored to what I said and started helping other cars. The problem was not there that he couldn’t figure out how to open the fuel tank but the problem was his harsh behaviour.Then the other employee, Lovepreet came to help and he just served my car right away. Otherwise, I had to leave without gas!!

Liers! Always falsely advertising they're gas prices. Not as advertised... Waste time driving there and you end up paying more then expected. Usually 15cents more expent.I recommend Esso on Granville and Westminster hwy.. true happy customer can prove my receipt if wanted.

Richmond is supposed to be full service at gas stations and I'm finding the full service at this location hit or miss. Some days I'll wait 5-10 minutes and still no one will come check on me. I'll see workers just standing at a pump when they could be helping another car. Lately I've just been pumping the gas myself because of how often workers don't even come and help. I'm noticing more and more people self serving as well.Tonight for example, there were 4 people in uniform. One was the cashier, another was just standing inside talking with him, another was standing outside just chatting with some people that looked like may have been family or friends who just came to visit, and one worker who was actually helping customers at the pumps. It wasn't even dead, there was a steady stream of cars at the time I was there.

Excellent service from Gurpreet, I'm surprised that he can speck 4 different languages, he is very nice and helpful.

Such lovely staff, I ran out of gas 3 blocks away and Charndeep DROVE TO ME with a jerrycan of gas. It was raining and it was late and I really needed the help as I had family waiting for me at home. Thank you Charndeep and Petro Canada. 5 stars.

I arrived 5 minutes before they closed, they shut down the lights and blocked the gas machine and they told me that they were closed. Rude

There’s always lots of guys working here but they’re not paying attention and they’re always standing together and talking , you literally have to wait five minutes for someone to serve you. Always the same issue

Very nice and clean gas station and definitely well organized plus the employees are very professional.
