Steve was professional, honest, and very thorough. We had an issue with our pipes backing up, and he made sure by the time he left, everything was good as new! He ensured that workers from the city came by to inspect the pipes the same day, which was after hours on a Saturday, even though the city had told us it could possibly be Monday. I highly recommend Steve and Hubley's Plumbing, and I wouldn't call anyone else!

Only spoke with man on the phone whoch whom was very polite and helpful very informative, he asked questions, actually listened to my answers- without cutting me off!!Most importantly he didn't lie to me about possible severity, just to make an appointment. He was honest about what was possibly the issue and the possibility of it being able to be both assessed and fixed by myself from home.I could not be more impressed with the customer service and their knowledgeable and experienced staff.Oh! And for anyone wondering the the man was right about the problem and I was able to fix it myself :)So through and through this place is definitely 10/5 stars****

Scott and his team are great to deal with. I’ve used them a number of times and they always stick to their commitments and keep me up to date. I most recently had a hot water boiler go and the next day they had mine replaced. Would recommend to anyone.

Called on a Monday at 9 and was clued up by 240! Service was friendly and professional. Guys were great at explaining and cleaned up after they were finished. Highly recommend!
