Great service. Went on Mother’s Day, so obviously very busy, but they got us in not too long after our appointment time and my daughter loves like kids sized chair, iPad and free popcorn!

Ladies are greatSlightly behind but didn't rush on us. Took there time and did a great job. Best salon I've been too and always great every time we come back

Don’t take appointments if you can’t get your clients into their appointment on time. If due to unforeseen circumstances you are running behind please have the curtesy reach out to your client before they arrive and ask to reschedule them for a later time.I’ve been visiting Skyline Nails on a monthly basis for about a year. Regularly (especially the past few months) I’ve been told I have to wait at least 15-30 minutes after my booked appointment is scheduled for. There’s been an occasional where I showed up for my booked appointment and was told that I would have to go home and come back later. Yesterday I had an appointment booked for my mom for a pedicure for Mother’s Day, when we arrived there they seemed confused when I advised about the appointment. They did not communicate to us and we just stood at the front and waited. There were many people waiting, and the three ladies just before us standing in line waiting noted that they also booked an appointment for 2 p.m. and it looked like their appointment wasn’t going to start on time either. When I asked the lady sitting closest to the front how long the wait would be for my booked appointment she advised it would be 45 minutes. I advised that my mom didn’t have time to wait and expressed my frustration as I had an appointment booked for my mom at 2 p.m. (it was now about 2:10/2:15 p.m.). The lady advised that my mom could get in for her pedicure in 30 minutes. I again advised that my mom couldn’t wait, and then we left. I’m very disappointed. I’ve been a regular client for almost a year and I feel Skyline is disrespecting me and my time by never getting me into my booked appointment time on time. It was very upsetting yesterday when my mom couldn’t get her Mother’s Day pedicure. On any of the occasions they could have called me and said “we are running behind, could you please come at _____ time?” but they did not. I will no longer be able to support a business that doesn’t value my time and has such poor communication skills - which is very unfortunate as I love my talented nail tech Snow.

I took my nieces here for their first mani pedi experience, and they had such a wonderful time! They were so happy with how their nails turned out. I got a pedi myself and my feet have never felt softer!

I’ve been here more than once, for waxing and pedicures and the service was good. It seems the shellac products they’ve been using lately are not of the best quality. We tried more than one color and the coverage was not there. We finally settled on a darker color and the brushstrokes were still visible after two coats and application was not smooth. A third coat was added but unfortunately it clumped in certain areas. The nail tech took her time and the job was not rushed so I want to acknowledge that, and the prices were reasonable but the quality was just not there.

If you want good shaped nails and nail art don't waste your time here it's expensive. More than it should be for the results. If you want a quick set where they fit you in this is the place.

I'd like to start with my last experience with them, 2 of my nails turned green because they glue the old nail back which is so wrong they should clean the nail and break all the old wiggling nail. Second, they work so fast that they cut you. Yesterday, I literally felt not welcome at all. I made an appointment with Mai, the manager she was rushing very fast, so she cut me badly. I was shocked like what???? Are you sure you are a nail artist??? Also, she was very rude for no reason? I made an appointment and went to see them, I didn't give them any hard time. I didn't like my nails but still tipped and didn't argue. I'm a Lash artist. I have clients, and I know how should I treat clients. Lady's do their nails and all types of services to change their mood and feel good (not to feel negative and to get cut and bleed !!!!)I really don't like to write bad reviews, but they should know why clients don't come back.

My daughter and I were seen right away (I called ahead). We didn't feel the technicians were rushing which was a nice change from other places.We saw Mai and Le. Both did amazing work. The cutting, shaping, creams, etc were done with an attention to detail. We both love our designs.Will definitely head back!

I have been going here for mani’s and pedi’s for the past four years and they are consistently fantastic with quality, service, friendliness. I usually go pretty plain but today I asked for Easter nails and look what an amazing job they did!!
