Great products but they wouldn't take returns or even give store credit with receipt. They said they didn't want to lose money. Was less than 45 days and for Christmas.

Watch their toddler 4-piece pyjamas right now. They’re on the rack as two piece but the tags say 4 piece. I purchased two, two-piece pjs and the tags say 4 piece with no price on them, they charged me $30 each. Back to the store tomorrow…. really inconvenient as I live out of town. I really just want to return everything and never purchase anything from old navy again. And then on top of that I purchased two of the same tabbies tank tops just different colour and one was priced at $40 and the other was on sale for $28.

A good selection of basic wear for my 12 year old son. They've introduced a points system recently but the machine was not working after the cashier made me entre my info. I'm not too concerned as we don't shop here very often.

TONS of nice clothes at great prices. Sizing from xs to 24 with some 3x, and the larger sizing has the proper proportional fit for plus-size garments. The store is clean, as are the fitting rooms.

I've been to this Old Navy several times and the staff here are always so friendly and helpful. Just last week I went in to return a few items and the cashier made the process so quick & easy.

Waste of time. Employees were too lazy to find one pair of pants that shouldn’t have arrived to me broken and unwearable in the first place. Not too mention, made me feel like an inconvenience. I’ll spend my money elsewhere going forward.
