I wish there was a zero for how I have been treated after the fact while I am still trying to grieve the loss of my mother since November 2022, this is Funeral Home has done nothing but harass me for the finances of the funeral, and now I have placed me in collections, even after I have provided effort to advise them of what the bank situation is. I could not keep my mother in a freezer. I had to do her funeral and although this is not my debt they have not stopped from going as far as collections. I’ve communicated with them endless via email as well as via phone number I am very disappointed as to how I’ve been treated. Please do not go here as they are very expensive and their customer service is not good no empathy and no respect. It was my mothers wish to be buried through the westmount Funeral Home and I did as she had wished but no one else in my family will ever use their services

Bryce and the team were very nice to deal with for our moment of loss. They would jump to ensure all was looked after. I was very impressed with the whole team.

From the first phone call to the final follow up visit after my mother's funeral, Westmount staff were extremely kind, compassionate, professional and extremely accommodating and helpful in making our mother's funeral arrangements. They guided us through every step and anticipated our every need. I feel they went above and beyond by assisting with flower delivery after the funeral and completion of all the required government forms for me, ready to be mailed. The facility is warm, welcoming and comforting. I would highly recommend Westmount Memorial Celebration Center to anyone.

Choosing Westmount Memorial Celebration in Kitchener to handle all of the arrangements for my mother was a great choice. They work 24/7; always available to answer questions. Everyone working there are compassionate, kind and caring and are willing to honour any wish you have for your loved one. Kyle, Pam and Laura are very accommodating and no request is too odd for them as they only want the family to be content with their loved one's final farewell. Breanne, who ran the service, did an amazing job - exactly the way our mother would have wanted. She spoke eloquently and compassionately; adding some humour - representing my mother's personality exactly. From start to finish, our experience during this difficult time was very smooth. We 100% recommend this funeral service for your loved ones.

What a disappointment to be a guest at Westmount. Prior to Christmas I attended a busy visitation. There was no one attending the parking lot. Not a soul at the doors to welcome you. No one in the lobby. No one to help with coats. The coat racks were so full and the excess coats were thrown on the floor in piles! The place looked as messy as a teenager’s bedroom. This is the most unprofessional funeral home I’ve ever been to.

Westmount Memorial did an outstanding job with mom's funeral. There professionalism and friendly attitude went a long way during a time of crisis for our family. I would recommend Westmount Memorial to anyone who unfortunately has to go through a situation like ours.

Laura and Kyle were amazing! They made dealing with my dad's death and cremation so much easier and made me feel so comfortable. They were very sympathetic and understanding. Allowed me to take as much time as I needed to make decisions. I highly recommend Westmount Memorial if you need to make funeral arrangements. Laura walked me through writing an obituary and handling all my questions about urns, keepsakes and how everything works. She never made me feel rushed or that I needed to do more. Kyle took the time to explain the documents and picking up my dad's ashes. He is very helpful and even carried him to my car for me. Thank you so much for helping me make this tough time easier. I appreciate all of your help from everyone I talked to. Amazing people and amazing funeral home.

The staff at Westmount Centre in Kitchener, Ontario, were the best!
