Exchange Event Centre

Ticket buyers beware! I bought tickets to “offset” on feb.18th 2023 which resulted in a huge bank account fraudulent investigation and have had to cancel all my cards in a result to selling fake concert tickets , taking thousands of dollars from my bank accounts. Don’t buy these tickets!!!!!!!!!!

Male and female security guards peered into washroom stalls and over the doors of the bathrooms labeled women, glaring at girls in their most private moments. It was invasive and seemed illegal. When people brought their concerns to security and the event host they defended the security. I visited the exchange event centre and we saw halluci nation finally come back to winnipeg and they were truly amazing. The security at this event need to be questioned. They were very much out of jurisdiction and people's rights were violated.

Had to wait outside at -30 extra half an hour.. me and other girls was dressed for event, not for waiting outside. Security was rude. Coat storage for 3$ each and cash only policy are mind-blowing.

Event was okay. Ticket was free, which saved this from being 1 star only. But staff was pretty short with me, and rude. Except the friendly bartenders. Drinks are pricy though. However, I would pay money to have them remove the coat check guy. He was legitimately one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Almost ruined my night, and did not choose a job befitting for his lack of customer service abilities. Had the audacity of showing a tip jar too. Which was empty throughout the night.

Need more seating options for those with mobility issues I.e. seating with back rests accessible to the stage as all the seating with backs was in reserved sections. Venue was clean, contemporary, ground level and wheelchair accessible. The ATMs were down for a while and that was frustrating. It also wasn't posted on the event flyer that it was cash or credit only. The sound system was pretty good. I wish ear plugs were handed out at the event and free drinks for designated drivers. Arrived early and was told to leave rather gruffly by an employee. Wasn't very friendly. If I hadn't bought a rather expensive ticket I wouldn't have come back.

Great venue in the exchange district ands staff. Security is done well. Great variety of shows and events.

Saw the Merkules show here on a Saturday night. The venue was clean and not over packed for a sold-out show. Security check was quick and no complaints. No wait for the coat check. Bartender was slow, but had to deal with tons of people so fully understandable.

Please I would highly appreciate if you could fire the manager who was on duty today Saturday June 10th at about 1pm main entrance We entered the facility with having tickets purchased before 10:30 pm , after that at 23:40 pm we wanted to go inside and guards told us tha we can not. However before that time we asked and confirmed with the security that we can leave and then come back.So when we asked we manager they told we were wrong by leaving the facility but it was the fault of the guard by telling the wrong information so no this place has not idea about cc customer service; there so much better places in Winnipeg to have fun !!!

Never, I mean it - NEVER go to this place. The service, the atmosphere, and the behaviour doesn’t deserve a penny out of your pocket. Worse place in Winnipeg to be. If I can put zero or minus 20 stars I would definitely do that. Management is racist, do not care at all about customers. Be careful- you pay money for your ticket, you have your ID scanned, you have your hand stamped- when you step outside the club- they want you to pay again for the tickets. Yes, read it again. I didn’t experienced anything like that in any place around the world but we have it at EEC. There are so many good clubs in Winnipeg that will respect you and you will enjoy the mood.
