Love this location, have met some great staff members here! Great vegan options with beyond meat, roasted veggies and beans. The vegan sauce at Quesada is the best sauce vs. any of their competition in Kingston. If Quesada added in a vegan cheese option, I would never go elsewhere for burritos.

Not really good experience with quesada this time. We just had a stopover before going to ottawa and we saw reviews and everything and thought of going but the quality of food and customer service both were worst. We has quesada food before and it is our favourite but this time I felt we came at wrong location. The girl working over there made faces and didn’t speak with us at all and the portions she was putting on our food , I felt like I wasted my money on burrito.

Nice place. It was a quick stopover while on the way to Ottawa. They have Mexican bowl. Nice variety of sauces. Service was good.

Great flavour, but small portions. $12+tax per person and still hungry. Food was old, just sitting in warmers and they had no customers so they didn't even notice our mobile order until we pointed it out to them. Would rather fresh food than fast.

Worst experience in quesada so far.. ordered street corn fiesta which you can see in the picture is not even half full. Management should teach employees to properly portion their products as per the standard. Could have given negative stars if there was an option.

I've been to this place many times and never had any problems. Today we ordered pork tacos and a quesadilla. The quesadilla was great no l but the pork in the pork tacos were cold.I called in after my wife got home with the food and told them that the food was cold and they told me that that was strange cause they say they warmed it up. I told them that we've ordered from here multiple times and the food has always been great but it's cold. I told them that I was coming back to get the food made again and the tools me that they would replace it free of charge.I drove back in and they insisted again that they heated the food up. I expected them to replace the cold food and give me a refund, however they said that they couldn't do this. I told them if they weren't going to replace and refund I only wanted a refund. Again I was told they couldn't do this. After a third time telling them I wasn't a refund they made a call I got my refund.Customer service is great until they make a mistake. They show no accountability and don't try to resolve issues fairly. We've wasted so much time today with this. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Quesada today.

Small portion, costs $22 with tax for largest burrito and they charges extra for queso cheese and guacamole. We split between 2 people,, but a whole one would likely be okay for one.Flavor wasn't good. At least we tried but not returning with other options.
