What time do they lock their customers out from ATMs? It is very annoying to not be able to take out funds at.9pm.

BAD SERVICE + RIP OFFIf there is a negative star, I would give it to them. I had a premium account with BMO. The fees for such account are $30 per month. However, the fees are waived as long as you keep your balance above $5,000 (what I signed on papers when I opened my account with them). However, as they claimed they increased the limit to $6,000 since December and hence they charged me $60 for both December 2016 and January 2017. As a client, I have not received any notice regarding this new policy (increasing the limit from 5,000 to 6,000); no mail, no email. When I spoke to the branch manager and asked her to reimburse me my $60, she actually implicitly blamed me and refused to do so. If you BMO failed to communicate with your customers regarding new policies, then step up, take the responsibility for such mistake and do not rip off your customers. If you were in need for the $60, I would give it to you but do not play dirty games in order to steal people's money.I closed down my account with them and I regret I used their service.DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THEM

They are not really helping the customers at all. They do not have a traditional teller at their counter, and you can see the remaining staffs were all sitting there without even having the willing to help. I understand they are helping with “better” customer. Eventually, One of the employees finally approached, then, she told me “do it at ATM”. With me explaining to her I have tried that. She just sitting back in to her office, and she begin to argue with her coworker with her door open. The whole experience at this branch is very disappointing, and to be honest, this is not only the bad experience at this branch! Is there even a branch manger in that place to stop the open door quarrel？

It is extremely frustrating that one cannot access the ATM anytime after dark. Might as well not exist.This bank" would have you believe that it is closed for safety reasons

They need more tellers. Having to wait 30 minutes to see a teller is wild. There is a ton of other employees sitting in office- unable to help for simple needs like some American cash.

When you are looking for confirmation on a application, you do not receive a email from the Financial Advisor. Also lets talk about how helpful they are not and are rude in terms of the way they convey the information your way! I have called this brand now 3 times and have not yet received a call back in regards to the reason why I am calling. So if you are looking for a BMO branch I strongly recommend go else where... or just a different institute all together!

Marlène! You rock! Thank you very much for the excellent customer service you provided to me and my wife. We went to another branch to get some simple stuff done but were not provided with helpful info leaving us anxious. Thank God we came to this branch and met Marlene who clarified everything and resolved our issues effectively and gracefully! From starting my bank account to the recent help that was provided, I greatly appreciated the service received by Marlene.

I would say very bad service, they even don't know how they should treat their customer. When we went we were on the door no hi no hello, just how can I help you. .I am not going in this bank again. Thank you!

From the time my husband and I stepped in the office, the advisor tried her best to convince us to take our business to some other banks! She named different banks for whatever we talked about, it seems as if she just wanted to make sure we don't want to bother her! To some extent, I should be thankful of her as it is for our best not to even start working with BMO!

I bank here regularly as well as the Londonderry Mall and St. Albert locations. Employees seem to hide in the back offices as there is never a teller at any of the desks out front. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes as no one will be at the teller desks and if there is a few people they will only get one teller while the other employees sit at their desks in the back. Not impressed with the customer service.

I have been here in the recent past and the doors were open with a security guard allowing me to withdraw my rent or deposit money. I work night shift hours, and the past 3 times i went here the doors are locked its very frustrating. Having said that would you advise me on which locations are allowing me to do such transactions at late hours?
