Jean-Philippe came to change our locks on our house. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He even advised us that one of the deadbolts we had purchased for installation was not as strong as the one we already had - so fixed and re-keyed the old one to be as good as new. We were very happy with his work!
