Best job ive ever had. Been here for almost three years and it’s been great. Management is flexible when it comes to accommodating your schedule to fit your energy life. The work is easy and they even have a work from home option which is great! The staff of friendly and always there to support you when you have any questions. Kgs research is a wonderful place to work at.The company gives you flexible hours with decent pay. The job is very relaxing speaking with friendly customers all day. Management is amazing they are very understanding especially supervisor Dagi. He made my work experience so much better.Great company to work at if your looking for money to make.

I just wanna say how fun it was to work at this company. Just with any job you, you have to perform. However the mgmt team worked with me on exceeding my expectations. Mohammed was my mentor when I was working there. He pushed me to be the best version of myself and for that I'm truly greatfull. I'd definitely recommend working here.

Just trying to get in touch with someone is a nightmare. Nobody picks up the phone and the voicemail is always full.Edit: KGS was the single worst experience I've had, perhaps ever. Management has an attitude problem, poor communication, and they've failed time and time again to keep track of my hours and dispute what you're owed even when you have proof.Also, it seems like they're pushing people to give positive reviews now.Mohammed was one of the worst as well. Watch your back around him cause he's rude.Training is abysmal and you'll see it right away.

Perfect if you wanted to be paid dirt and be lied to about days off and the schedule. You will work everyday Monday-Friday and Saturday and Sundays!.Also absolutely awful managment that barely knows how to communicate, very rude, and lacks professionalism, deducts money if you go to the bathroom & or even if a boss asks to speak to you for a moment

I recently worked at KGS Call Centre and had a great experience. The management team was supportive and approachable, and the training provided was thorough and helpful.The work itself was fast-paced and required strong communication skills, but the team atmosphere made it enjoyable. The shifts were flexible, which was a plus, and the pay was fair for the industry.Overall, I would highly recommend working at KGS Call Centre. It was a positive and rewarding experience
