Edible Arrangements

Phenomenal. I placed an order for delivery to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday while I was out of the country for work. Not only did the Milton location send me photos (attached) to make sure I was happy with it, they even added a balloon! I asked if they could deliver it by 3 pm before she left work and they happily agreed to do it by 1 pm! Truly such a great experience working with them, I'll definitely use them next time I'm in a pinch. My girlfriend said that she was blown away by the presentation and the strawberries were delicious. Thank you Milton Edible Arrangments, you made our day!

Went to pick up my order and had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Ali. He was very kind & courteous and went above and beyond to provide incredible customer service! I ordered their fruit bouquet and it was absolutely gorgeous!! I ordered a small and I was pleasantly surprised to see the finished product, it was much bigger than I had expected. Wonderful customer service, wonderful arrangements, great overall. 10/10 would recommend!!

Came through to get a valentine's day gift last minute & the staff at Edible Arrangements hooked me up. Super fast, reliable & friendly service. Products are stunning too, definitely recommend.

I recently ordered an arrangement from Edible Arrangements in Milton and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their products and service. The fruit was fresh and delicious, and the arrangement was beautifully crafted. The staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly, answering all of my questions and making sure my order was just right. The ordering process was quick and easy, and my arrangement was ready on time for pickup. I would highly recommend Edible Arrangements to anyone looking for a unique and tasty gift or treat. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality truly sets them apart. Five stars!

Ordered for Valentine’s Day and paid 19.99 for same day delivery - it never showed up. The store called me and said they had a van break down , the manager would not let me speak when I was trying to talk and I asked why they did not let people know - he said it was an expletive show in there yesterday - I understand it was busy because of Valentine’s Day - he said my arrangement was back on the truck and I said I didn’t need it anymore and wanted a refund - he then rudely said okay okay and hung up. There were zero apologies.

So my brothers girlfriend ordered an edible arrangement - set of flowers and a cheese cake. Both items were delivered in poor condition. Flowers were dying/ dead and the cake was literally handed to them upside down.Ontop of that the owner decided to reply to the previous review and say it’s fake. It’s not fake, take a little pride in your business and correct your mistake and improve your customer service.Never ordering again.

I would have give it 5 stars if it reflected how it looked like when I saw it in the website. The one delivered was simply having few pieces of strawberries, 3 pieces of pineapple and the rest were melon and cantaloupe. I was embarrassed when it arrived the house I wanted it to be delivered to. To add up, I paid 129$ + for the fruit bouquet and delivery, so you may imagine I didn’t pick a small option.Having said all above, the fruit were fresh and tasty, the girl I dealt with was helpful and kept her promise to be delivered exactly at time.If you ask if I’m going to order from there again, most probably not… not to pay 100$++ for melon.

Not impressed. I ordered flowers and a cheesecake for a birthday ($80). The flowers were dead and the cheesecake arrived flipped upside down. Last time I order from this location and from edible arrangements all together. See dead flowers:

I assumed if I am paying a total of $111.99 plus tax I would receive value for the amount I paid. I cannot believe- and am completely disgusted- this company has the audacity to charge $12.99 for three Mylar balloons, which I could have purchased for $1 each at my local Dollar Store. I also could not believe this company would charge $10 for a Thank You chocolate lollipop.Oh, and when I picked up the arrangement, the balloon bundle (what a joke in retrospect) was missing and I had to ask the saleswoman to go get it and attach it to the arrangement. One Mylar balloon was already deflated and I had to ask her to replace it.But let's move on to the arrangement itself. I used my wallet to illustrate how small the allegedly 'large' arrangement was. How is this a 'large' bouquet? How can this company justify a charge of $79 for this arrangement? Does that appear to be $79 worth of fruit to you? I was so bloody embarrassed bringing this arrangement back to the office and embarrassed I even recommended ordering an arrangement for the office party.Spend your money wisely- take your business elsewhere.

Ali and his wife are super nice people who helped me find the right size arrangement for the number of people it needed to serve. The arrangement was beautiful and, most importantly, the fruit was excellent! Fresh, ripe and sweet. A great experience. Thank you Edible Arrangements!!
