I rented a truck that had pre existing damage on it that I didn’t notice and I got charged for it. I’m going through their review process now. All I can assume is one of their employees or a previous client dinged the front bumper and they missed it when checking it over or wanted to put the blame on the next client. (Me)

There is a need for more staff in prime-time hours. Maybe explain some basic features that are different in different trucks and vans - like how to adjust the mirrors, where the radio volume knob is, location of the gas tank cover release button, if any, how to open or lock the doors with a key and with a button, and how to open them when the engine is running, how to use the hand brake, the wipers, the headlights, and the need for a confirmation of the vehicle’s condition.

Came here looking for something like pods since my kitchen is being redone and I need temporary storage. The young lady that was there as well as the gentleman were extremely helpful and gave me a couple different options! The young man also helped me fit all the boxes and supplies into my car! I would recommend this location without a doubt best moving service in the West Island!

Overall experience went exceptionally well. Associate, Kevin, was cheerfully quite helpful. He answered all the questions, clearly explained truck pick-up and return and provided the supplies we ordered in store. When I returned the truck, he was also there: truck verification didn't take long. Thanks a lot!
