Ray from Mannix was fantastic! He was on time, thoroughly prepared, removed his shoes, explained everything to us and got our furnace up and running and did a complete inspection. Ray was on-time for his estimate appointment and professional in his quote and met the promised installation date. Compared their price with other reputable and well rated North Shore companies and their price was about $1000 less than others for a furnace installation. Their equipment was probably better as they use Trane made furnaces that have a superior warranty. Just passed the gas inspection today with no issues and I was well supported with the required information to get the FortisBC rebates.

Today, Hallowe’en, Mannix came to service my heat pump package unit. Mannix installed my all electric heat pump packaged unit, before heat pumps were well known. I know I can entrust my heat pump service to Mannix…As well, and this is very important, Ray is an honest, upstanding man who provides equally outstanding service.

Needed part replaced in furnace. With mark up others charged me $500 for the part. These guys quotes me $900 saying that is the cost of part from same distributor. Then said cannot provide receipt when I asked for receipt. When people are dishonest then their work will be dishonest. Avoid

If you are looking for professional service of high quality and good value call Mannix and you will be glad. Ray has come twice to deal with my old furnace - first to remove and reinstall the furnace to accommodate some construction work behind it and he fixed a long standing loud noise in an instant at no charge. He had to come back when my furnace stopped. He found a broken wire inside and repaired a broken wire and

We called Mannix a couple of days ago just before Christmas and surprisingly they fit us in just after boxing day! Roy was our field technician who stopped by and fixed our fan motor very quickly and cleaned our furnace and hammock filter. All within an hour and the rate was very reasonable to have someone come out so quickly and so efficiently. I will definitely use Mannix again for our furnace and hot water tank maintenance!

I scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance to have this company meet me at my tenanted property to assess the cost of adding central air to the property. On the morning of the appointment I texted the receptionist to confirm we’d be on site at 10:00am. She confirmed. I waited at the property for 1 hour at which time I received a call from the owner indicating that he had a job come up and couldn’t meet me until 3:00pm. I was attempting to support a small business but this is exactly the reason why we will opt to deal with a large company. I am happy to pay a premium for professional abs reliable service.
