Dr. Tai is a very special and caring doctor. His method is different from other TCM doctors and often bring surprisingly good results. Mao at the clinic is very caring and easy-going. So many patients from the clinic have become friends and family of the clinic and contributes to the clinic constantly in various ways. They also have very useful products that you can bring home and continue the therapy at home. They really care more about you getting better rather than earning money from your pocket!

I would highly recommend Moxa Lady Acupuncture Clinic. Dr. Tai is very professional and courteous, he treated my daughter for health issues that has been on going for the past 2 years. Now, my daughters chronic problems has been resolved. My daughter is also very thrilled to have this experience as she herself was discouraged living with unresolved diagnosis. Thank you Dr.Tai !

The treatment didn't work at all. The fact that the doctor didn't really diagnose me but rather asked me which treatment would I want was strange in itself, and the result proved that. 2 instead of 1 star because the doctor did use more cups than expected, but he took each one off within 10 seconds as if he was playing whack-a-hole game with my skin.

Dr.Tai and the whole team at BG acupuncture helped me recover from a terrible relapse of multiple sclerosis recently. Everyone was very caring and compassionate, the treatments were holistic and included herbs, acupuncture, massage, meditation, and nutrition and lifestyle advice. I felt safe and that I was in good hands. I am very happy with the improvements I’ve seen in my symptoms and I will continue to see Dr. Tai for the management of my MS.

Dr Tai and his team are brilliant~ incredibly intuitive, caring and effective. I was inspired by the care I received there to further my own nutritional education and now business. Based on results I have since referred many friends and family - all having great experiences as well. Not your conventional doctor at all, very simple and I appreciate the 'no frills' office as it seems they put every bit of effort and income into us, the patients, my kind of clinic.

I'm not sure if Dr Tai really grasps the skills in traditional chinese medicine. Maybe he only knows theoretical things. His treatment worsened my symptoms a lot. I will never go there.

Dr. Tai’s treatment is just magic. My 4 and half year old son hasn’t been eating well for quite a while, I mean years. I literally have exhausted all my efforts jut get frustrated and angry at meal time. Dr. Tai prescribed my son 2 weeks foot bath medication and told me I would see a big improvement in 2 weeks. Honestly, I didn’t take his words seriously and just wanted to give a try. Well, 2 weeks later, magically my son started to feel hungry and enjoy his meals! His bowel movement condition was also improved. He gained 1 kilo in weigh in 2 weeks!Also, I was having neck and shoulder pain all the time from work. I have been going to chiro for a month before I saw Dr. Tai. Dr. Tai treated me with acupuncture and cups and only one treatment, my pains were gone. Thank you Dr. Tai for improving the health of myself and my son.

Dr Tai always the best, his treatment always solve my problem and the Acupuncture faster my blood cycling, it is so amazing!! I felt I am stronger than before!!!

I'm so glad I found this clinic. My doctor is friendly and thorough. I rarely have to wait long. Thanks a lot to Sara, her treatments have been very helpful . They genuinely want you to get better and never want to see you there again. It feels nice to know that not everything is about money. Dr. Tai is very helpful and patient in providing medical condition explanations and very effective treatments both Acupuncture and Chinese herb prescription. I have been struggled with menstrual cycle problem, but cured after 3-4 months of his treatment. Price is very fair and worthy.
