They messed something up during an oil change and my car was leaking oil until it ran low. It ran low on oil for a while since it wasn't low enough to throw a code. When I came in they asked why I didn't get another shop to fix it but did agree to fix the problem. After that they told me it's the owners responsibility to check their oil regularly even on new cars. They they wouldn't look into the issue any more to see if there was damage to the engine. The service manager said you have warranty on the car

Purchased a 2015 Buick Enclave through Steele Valley Chevrolet. Phillip in Sales and Trevor in Finance were great to deal with, no hassles or games . Information like Carfax and Service records were available and provided when requested, they were also able to provide a vehicle build sheet from factory.Pricing was very competitive, they also arranged to have the vehicle delivered for us ,a huge bonus as we live rurally.Thank you for the great experience, we will certainly consider another purchase from the team at Steele Valley Chevrolet.

Went to Steele Valley Chev nearly a month ago and cannot say enough good things. This was my first car from a dealership and Rob was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable and took my wants and needs seriously. I really couldn’t have asked for someone better to deal with. Even after we took the car home, he made himself available for any questions/comments/concerns, no matter how silly they seemed. Absolutely 5 star customer service, and I will definitely be recommending him to anyone and everyone I know looking for a vehicle!

Didn't feel respected. Our salesman was pleasant enough, but it was very difficult to get the information I was looking for. He kept pulling the discussion back to the colour of the car (I know that's a stereotype about women, but I really don't care about colour...), and when I asked for the total price, he said something like, Why would you care about something like that?" That took me off guard and it was really awkward explaining myself. I wish he would have leveled with me more.EDIT in regards to the reply: Yes it was 100% Steele Valley in New Minas. You can't find me in your system due to my online alias. Done deliberately

Decided to go EV. Was tired of wasting money on gas, so I got in contact with Iggy Osmulski and he went above and beyond. I wanted an e-Golf being a “Volkswagen only” guy. He didn’t pressure me into buying a Chev or anything he just understood me knowing that was the car I wanted. He got the car from another dealer in the Steele Auto Group and got the car to me really fast. Best service I’ve had buying anything let alone a vehicle! If you’re considering buying an EV, Iggy’s the guy to call!
