Dale completed our septic system inspection prior to the purchase of our home. Very knowledgeable, professional and able to explain all aspects of the system in an easy to understand manner. He took his time, did not rush and was able to provide examples from experience as to why something was done well or not. We value his commitment to providing an honest assessment and shared detailed information on what we could do to ensure our system continues to operate at an optimal level. Too add, it was fun and we smiled the entire time talking about and looking at poop. We appreciate his experience and his efforts to ensure we were comfortable with everything that was being communicated to ensure clarity. I was fortunate enough to find Sentry when I needed a sewer & septic field inspection on a home I was purchasing . Dale was an extreme professional in all aspects of the inspection. He gave reasonable solutions, worked with both myself and the current homeowners and even came back out for a follow up inspection on extremely short notice. Dale was contracted out to perform two separate septic & well inspections for potential homes for us. He was professional, knowledgeable & genuinely cares for his clients. He took the time to explain the systems at hand, how they should Be working & was clearly able to break down what he saw. He took his time, answered all our questions and gave expert advice. Cannot recommend him enough for any septic / well work you may need!
