Charged me $6 to retorque the trailer tire they worked on. On the other hand retorques are free at Canadian tire.

came in for a possible tire repair. they took it off the rim and after looking on the inside, they concluded that it wasnt repairable. they had my tire size in stock, and were able to change it, and balance it right away. i was in and out within the hour and so thankful they were able to squeeze me in!

We we’re driving on the #1 Highway with our motorhome and car when we hear a blow out. Naturally it was a lightning storm at the same time. We’re stranded on the side of the highway and we started to find a repair shop that have a 22” tire. We phone Kk Penner and yes they had a tire in stock just come slowly you’re 12 kilometres away. We got there and they look after us. KKPenner we’re angels on our road. A thousand thank you.

They bite more than they can chew in this garage. If it’s not for an in-and-out task (oil change, tire change) don’t bother taking your vehicle there. Yes the manager is courteous, but he’ll keep you running and calling for months. Vehicle is there now for over two months, sitting in the elements and each time there is a “lovely” excuse, I still have no estimates. You know you’ll be waiting another week if you hear “I’ll call you back in half an hour”, or “I’ll get back to you on Friday”. Fortunately, it’s not my daily-drive vehicle, I could wait, but it makes me sick, and now I have to pay for another tow to take the vehicle somewhere else.On a positive note, they’re probably the most reasonably priced tire shop in the south-east.

Outstanding!. . .I dealt with Brandon, he was fast, knowledgeable, and made several recommendations based on the type of driving I do and the price I wanted to pay. This is the place you should go if you need tires. . .he even searched-out some rims for me.Exceptional service at a great price. Don't even bother going to the city, just deal with these people!!
