They have been following my cat for 5 years, and have always been awesome.They really care a lot, take the time you need to answer your questions, and have great advice.All cats are different, and it can take time to figure out what works for each of them. They have always taken the time and the attempts needed, instead of trying to force a universal solution that doesn't work, like I've had elsewhere.They are very transparent and fair with pricing, and recommend great professionals if your cat needs something that they cannot offer.

Was told by the SPCA that my kitty was due for his booster shot. Brought him here and it was too early. They still did an examination and gave me recommendations and didn't charge me for the visit! They trusted that I'd return for his booster shot at a later date. Literally the best business and customer service I've seen from any business - period. I will certainly be bringing my cat here forever and urge everyone else to do so! The reviews speak for themselves!

Just took my 11 year old cat there today and even though she had to get two shots, she was happy when she got home. The vet took very good care of her and was very thorough. The receptionist and staff were very friendly and the price was very reasonable, I did not feel like they were trying to squeeze money out of me at all. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone!

I called in to book an appointment and unfortunately they were fully booked. However after speaking with the reception, I totally understand why. When hearing that it's my first time having a cat, the receptionist was so kind and provided a lot of information and many helpful recommendations. Thank you for the great service.

One of the only vets I've been too and was super impressed with ! They treat your cat as though it was their own. I don't live close by but it's worth the ride. Although they are super busy, they will gladly take the time over the phone to answer all your questions and giove you advices if your cat is sick.A few years ago our 2 year old baby become very sick overnight. We learned it had a heart disease and everything went downhill super fast. We brought him to the clinic and they very well assisted us in our decision making. They were honest by saying that an operation could cost thousands and change nothing or that the illness could come back. We therefore decided to euthanize him. Our whole family was inconsolable. Their support through it was amazing and you could feel the empathy.

I cannot say enough good things about this vet clinic. They are so sweet, kind, and professional. My cat is super nervous at the vet and they always work with him and make him feel as comfortable as possible. They had to call to give me some bad news about him and they were so sweet and answered all of my questions, they even said I was welcome to call at any time to ask anything else that comes to mind. They also have always been amazing with their prices, for exams, medicine, tests, etc. Not to mention, every time we go in there everyone remembers my kitty and greets him like he’s the most special little guy in the world. It makes me feel so reassured to see how much they truly love cats and want to do everything they can to help!

Best vet and staff ever. Called at 6h30 because of an emergency. Even though they close at 7h30, they gave me a last minute appointment at 7h00. The staff was extremely friendly and supportive. The vet is highly competent and they re all bilingual. Very reasonable pricing too. Will always go there in the future. Bravo!
