Pretty standard Tim Horton's experience, got the cilantro lime chicken bowl and a honey crueller. It wasn't bad, but it took a while to come out.

Update 17 Jun 2023So, I drop by today 1:30pm and try to order Bbq Crispy chicken loaded bowl and chili but not prepared and offered yet. What’s going on? Anyway, I got Chicken Wrap and it is not bad. Anyway, I'm done with my homework.One more thing,I hope, could you guys clean the big transparent windows upstairs, I thought it was translucent.Old one ——Overall, I think it's okay. However, the taste and quality are slightly different because the cooking conditions of each branch, including coffee, are mostly usually different.Score is : 3.5--Dear owner,Thank you for your reply, but I'm not writing a review for you and your company, I just uploaded it for people to refer to it. I'll stop by later to order and taste it and update it. As you can see from my post, I always update it if it's getting better.

It was my first time in this place and my experience was not the best. I must point out that the food was delicious even though I ordered my sandwich without tomato and onion and they gave it to me with tomato and onion. The attitude of the employee was not the best, her body language was very strong and she had zero empathy during her service. One of the girls was working in sandals and a crop top something super inappropriate for a food place. This happened on Sunday, July 9, in the morning.

Service is slow and there is no sense of urgency to service customers in a timely manner. There is confusion over who orders what and so many mixed up orders that I waited almost 15 minutes for a bagel. Would not recommend going here if you are in a hurry.Alternatively, maybe hire more people to work in the morning so people aren't waiting for so long.Edit: plus every time I have bought a bagel from this location it never had enough butter - as if they never put any butter on it at all!

place is good i usually order here. Manager is usually not seen here but I see one girl she perform her role very well.Try to handle everything in very good way.Oh and gave her a tip today for her efforts. definitely recommend this place because of this girl

Very slow service; they often forget about my order and I have to remind them; they get my order wrong more often than is acceptable; one time they were out of an item I ordered, and after a while waiting for it, I had to prod them and ask where my order was for them to tell me to choose a substitute. Other times they were out of an item they wouldn't even ask and just give me something else.

Bad tim ever. I ordered perfectly and they gave me wrong one. Disturbance at its peak. Girls talk louder. They don't care about customer.

Awful place. Disorganised, slow, rude. Surely food safety violations as well. Bacon left on the side, not heated nor cooled, uncovered for the whole 30 mins we were there.Oh and then when it goes a bit quieter you get to witness staff helping themselves to food and licking their fingers…..yum yum!

One of the most disorganized Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Huge lines, dirty tables, and rude service. Never have brown bread for sandwiches. Dishes piling up in the serving area. Honestly could write all this waiting for a ham and Swiss.
