An excellent and very helpful business.John and Gordon were a pleasure to speak with and I had every confidence in their knowledge and abilties.They helped with adding antifreeze to my campervan Webasto hot water system.Also with electrics for van that the van converters clearly could not fit properly to start with.

Always busy but great for walks and looking at the boats

A Vibrant working marina in Inverness where many boats are for sale. There is a well equipped shop offering a huge range of nautical equipment as well as an annual service of life jackets. The company Caley Cruisers have a large fleet of hire boats available and offer a demonstration of the boats facilities and basic training for novice hirers prior to departure.Qualified marine engineers on site with a fully equipped workshop and craning facilities available and excellent after sales service. In board and outboard engines serviced. Sited on the Caledonian canal on the outskirts of Inverness, capital of the Highlands.

Friendly and competent. They took care of my faulty Eberspacher heater and I was very impressed with their service and will return there in the future.

Emailed several times and even gave Caley Marina my telephone number on more than one occasion but so far no response whatsoever !!All I want is a new boat!!I previously purchased and brand new boat from this company and delivery was expensive and a nightmare, the boat arrived on a huge lorry and attached to a pallet.I was asked, did I have a forklift truck? no was my reply!I am 67 years of age and we run a guest house so why did I require a forklift truck, even the driver of the delivery lorry considered this delivery to be a joke.Eventually, the driver and I did remove the boat from the lorry, neither of us were happy !!All I want to do now is to purchase a new Pioner 15 in Dark Grey together with a suitable unbaked trailer but so far all my enquires have been ignored.How do these people stay in business, is it lack of competition?
