Hadn't been here before but my mother in law wanted ice cream so we thought we'd give it a shot since the reviews were good. I don't know if something has changed significantly since the other reviews were posted, but we found Brain Freeze overpriced and underwhelming.We had hot fudge" sundaes which were very small for the price and had mostly chocolate sauce from a squeeze bottle on them. The fudge went on at the end and it was clear the guy working was struggling with how to pour it because it mostly went all over the cup

If you are going to have store hours on google please follow them. It is irritating when I check your hours, walk to your store for 20 minutes then have to listen to my kids cry cause the ice cream store is closed...

I loved this place the first time I went, however I went about two weeks ago when their hours were listed as open and they were closed. I sent their Facebook page a message and they have not yet responded while viewing the message.

Last year I gave them five stars, but after what I just experienced I am not sure if we will return. We waited almost half an hour in line just to find out they had no soft serve, barely any flavours, and no waffle cones. Two kiddie cones and 2 regular cones cost $18! We then waited another 10 minutes for them to scoop our order. When we finally received our order, one of them was wrong. They boys behind the counter seemingly did not know how to keep up with the demand as the line up grew across the parking lot. This place was great last year, what happened???

Surprisingly great ice cream served from a food truck type of store. The dipped cones are better than DQ! Prices are very reasonable.

So excited that this place has way more options then just ice cream. Enjoyed the Gelato myself tonight. Will be back for other flavors & ice cream options
