The Family Enhancement Centre | Counselling Services Brampton

I have been working with The Family Enhancement Centre for a little under a year and have had nothing but great experiences. When the original counsellor I was working with left, the staff was extremely patient and helped me to find someone who I was comfortable with. As I live in a small town there is a long waitlist for mental health services. Fortunately, The Family Enhancement Centre has worked with me to do virtual appointments. I would highly recommend to anybody who is looking for counselling sessions, even virtually.

7th July:My kids are again book for counseling, I have repeated told told I have no to consent for this counseelingI spoke with Don: told her I m looking for other option for Re-integrationWhat I got is :# kids are their clients, not me# they can see my kids without my consent even, if I have 50% custody. it's their policy# we started counselling 14th Aug, 2021 : till date I haven't been updated by Counsellor about their progress# Over call told me, they see improvement in this kids, as parent I m saying no, they don't listen to mewhat a counselling ???27th June :I spoke with your Supervisor and came 2 times to ur reception Since Feb 2022, told clear that I revoke my consent for the sessions ... you stopMy Question : I don't have consent for the counselling you r still booking sessions and seeing my love once ?I came your Office with hope that you will make things better, but after the session it went worseI will never recommend to any know or unknow, in my lifeI won't suggest this Counselling to anyone, regarding stars I have give to post this, otherwiseAfter Divorce, I got my Kids here for Counselling, Broke already existing relationshipI got here my Love once to build healthy relationshipWhen revoke my Consent for Counselling : Called Supervisor, 2 times in office to state my positionBut they are still booking counselling even now, without my ConsentI m open for complete story, if anyone thinking and wanna discuss more I m open

Super unprofessional. Did not show up for my appointment. I called several times after driving to the office from Niagara Falls. They called Monday to confirm the appointment. Would not recommend to ANYONE for ANYTHING.UPDATE: Still have not received our refund for the ENTIRE session that was billed, not just the $50 deposit. If they called/emailed to cancel the appointment then why was there a charge in the first place? There were no emails and no missed calls. Voicemail is fully functioning for everyone else who tries to contact us. Also, I was told they left a voicemail and when I challenged them they stuttered and stated that they emailed us.

Horrible service. Booked an appointment for myself. Front desk told me to they will charge $50 as retaining fee and will send you invoice. My card was charged and according to her I was booked for a particular date and receipt will be sent via Email. I called on day of appointment to confirm my timing as I did not receive any email. Front desk told me there is no appointment booked for myself. I informed that my card has been charged. She told me there is no fee charged. Advised her that my statement showing $50 charged. Two minutes later, she is responding me WE CAN REFUND YOU!! What?? you just said there was no appointment and no fee charged and now you can refund me. HORRIBLE. One booking appointment for counselling and first impression is this you are giving to him.... Definitely they themselves need some counselling for being organized. Now waiting for my refund, better they do!!

Hi,If your reading this and still considering, do your future self a favour. I was so pleasantly surprised and humbled with the process of group sessions. Our hosts where relatable and down to earth, gently guiding the curriculum values home vs imposing hard limits or random opinions.Now, considering the costs its only practical the team is able to provide the level of service they do with resources. It's worth it, financially and emotionally.You can entrust your family's care here.Thanks Team!

The Family Enhancement Centre offers a variety of services that help individuals and their families deal with everyday stresses and difficulties. Their Therapists are friendly, thoughtful and are very experienced in their profession and provide many tools that will help with your mental health journey. The service coordinators are readily available to answer questions and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. I recommend their services whole heartily!
