Two weeks ago, I called the office and spoke with the woman answering the phones. I asked to speak with someone that handles complaints, she said that was her. I complained about 1 possibly two big busses that speed" down our rd. four times daily. Here in Maple Oakridge mobile park

I have a large school with a lot of programs. Post pandemic we have had many issues with trying to get proper transportation. Cunningham has been AMAZING. They have been very patient, polite, and on time. Thank you Carmen and the rest of the crew for making my year way easier than it could have been.

Best school bus company in Edmonton to work for. Best pay, way more options to make extra income than the others. Best management team BY FAR. Best fleet maintenance BY FAR.

Unfortunately this company trains their drivers to put safety last. Nearly every school day I witness many incidents of speeding, stop sign running, aggressive driving, cutting other drivers off.. the list continuesBus 118 specifically speeds through neighborhoods and main roads, runs every single stop sign with no attempt to even slow down, and carelessly cuts drivers off while making unsafe turns.School buses are extremely large vehicles with large blindspots. With this trend of aggressive driving, more people are going to be seriously hurt or killed.If you have children you care about, these are the last people you want to trust to safely transport them to schoolSincerely, a very angry driver that unfortunately has to share the roads with these “professionals”

Terrible service. The bus is constantly late and majority of the time the GPS is not turned or showing the incorrect route. The staff that answers their customer service line are often rude, defensive and never listens to the actually concern/issue. School buses aren't a new thing, fix your business model!

The staff and students of St. Clement Catholic Elementary/Jr. High would like to extend a sincere and heartfelt thank you to Ramona for being such a caring and compassionate driver! Cunningham transport cancelled bus service for my five year old with no notice for weeks at a time. They have no relief drivers. If one of their employees are unable to show up for their shift, the kids just don’t get a ride to school for that day/weeks. Not so much as a phone call or a text message. Left me and my five year old standing in the cold on several occasions. I’ve been using the service for a month and they’ve shown up six times. I don’t fault the driver as the scheduling concerns were not her fault. She is a nice person

We used Cunningham Transportation in July after another company pulled the plug for unforeseen circumstances. We are glad it happened because this company is really awesome.Carmen, Barb and the whole team have been really amazing with us. The drivers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Our senior program participants were happy to ride the bus. We arrived on time for all our activities and returned on time. We will keep using CT for the reminder of the season for all of our activities as well as any future events that require transportation.Thank you CT. Looking forward to riding with you. I wrote an email to make a complaint about how one of the buses was being driven, and quite frankly I wasn’t expecting much in the way of an answer. I was surprised at how quickly Cunningham responded and that they took my comments seriously. They got back to me again the next day and had figured out who the driver was as I didn’t get the bus number. They assured me that it was going to be taken care of and explained what the steps taken to ensure that the type of driving was corrected. A very professional and speedy response!

We used Cunningham Transport for our wedding, and I am so thankful we did. The whole team went above and beyond to make sure our guests were taken care of. The drivers were incredibly kind and patient, and the service team handled multiple change requests as our needs evolved in a way that made me feel relieved and that everything would be taken care of. They made this as easy as possible and I would HIGHLY recommend them for any event you may be planning.
