The installers didn’t leave a mess or damage anything. Any questions we had were answered effectively. We are really happy with hydro not being a burdened anymore, it has now became an investment. I am also very glad they arrived on schedule as I was squeezed on time traveling on vacation.

Mazen and Khalid know the true meaning of customer services. They treat people right. Any issues get resolved immediately. I would recommend Progressive Home Servies to family, friends and co-wokers. They were very easy to work with and all individuals involved were friendly and very respectful. Mazin was very friendly and professional and was great in regards to communication. The equipment is awesome that they have provided and heats our older home much better than oil heat ever has. I highly recommend this company!

We also have had a horrible time with this company. I would give them a zero if I could. They crammed the sale down our throats and then walked away. They will not return our calls, or emails, for our yearly maintenance. You have to chase them and you will not get any reply from them. And we all are paying for maintenance and repair in our monthly payment. It is so frustrating. It was the biggest, and only, mistake my husband and I made, in regards to our home, since we met. And if there are any good reviews listed, they are definitely fake! We have had these mini splits since April 2018 and never mind the service, our Gree mini splits are inferior quality; in the winter louder than a 747 taking off at the airport. I am now going to take this a step further. Enough already!

The company refuses to fix any issues with their product or services. Complete scam artists and you will be paying for services you cant even use. My heat pump was installed wrong and nothing was fixed...now its full of mold cuz they refuse to service it as was promised.

Excellent installation. We are happy with our new system. Everything was done efficiently. The system is working very well. We are very glad we made this decision.Mazin answered all our questions. He is an asset to your company. I think we might just adopt him!

The sales process was good but when it came to actual communication with the installer and myself as the homeowner afterwards it deteriorated quickly. I wound up regretting my decision even though I do like my heat pump.

Had my panels installed at my residential home and am very excited to be on the green path! I dealt with Mazin directly, and he was extremely helpful providing me with all necessary information. Progressive made the switch to solar painless. Cant wait to reap the savings benefits and be proud that I'm contributing to a green future.

We have had our heat pumps for about a month now. They are just GREAT as they keep our house cool at 20 degrees while out doors is a muggy 29. The sales rep Jessica was extremely helpful in getting everything set up and the installers were very efficient and neat and they cleaned every thing up. We would recommend Progressive Home Services to every one.

Fantastic service! I have been looking into renewable energy for some time now and with the purchase of my new property I'm so happy to have Progressive Home Services provide my new home with solar! The customer service is great - I liked how they were able to give me a 3D image of how my property will look with the completion of the solar panels on my roof.
