I found the staff at Pet Cremations by Turner & Porter to be very thoughtful and respectful, totally devoted to all the details to help you say goodbye to your beloved family member. Suzy made me feel welcome and relaxed and I was able to spend some private time with my lovely Lucy as she crossed over the rainbow bridge. Their services are top notch and competitively priced, I totally recommend them.

My dog, Souri, who I loved so much passed away in March and I was completely unprepared when it happened and confused on how to proceed, because I always expected to be able to put her down when the time came at the vet.Pet Cremations by Turner & Porter's was one of the many options that I saw for the sudden death of my old girl, and I'm glad that I went with them.The receptionist was very professional and kind over the phone and I did not feel embarrassed or ashamed to be expressing my grief while explaining my situation. When I was connected to the owner/manager, she explained to me very clearly my options.What I appreciate the most when I went with my family to deliver my dog was how the owner was receptive to my questions, kind and professional, and clear and honest about the costs. She was very gentle during the entire process and never once did she try to take advantage of my grief to upsell something to me. What I appreciate the most was that there was a private room to say our final goodbyes once all the paperwork was done.The pick up process a week or so later was good too, and the final delivery bag and small pet cremation certificate was a nice touch.I hope it is many years later when such a thing happens again, but if I need to say goodbye to another pet I will come back here.

Words can not express my sincere feelings & gratitude I have towards the service offered by Turner & Porter Pet Cremations. While on vacation I received the call" that my Joey (cocker spaniel) had passed away at home. Now what do I do?.... So I called the pet centre and within one hour a kind

The loss of my furry best friend is certainly one of the most painful experiences I have gone through. When my lovely Tynie passed at home, my family and I decided to seek out services outside of the vet. To find Pet Cremations by Turner & Porter was such a blessing! I absolutely loved the services that they provide for your family and your furry friend. From having your own viewing with your pet and family, to working with someone as amazing as Suzy who took care of us and my Tynie was an incredible experience. I never thought I'd say goodbye to my dog in such a beautiful and peaceful way, and I'm so thankful that Turner & Porter can provide pet lovers like me this type of service. Highly recommended. The care, compassion, patience, and service exceptional. I never felt rushed during the entire process and even when we received our urn sealed (when we requested otherwise), they immediately addressed it with the provider at no cost to us. Thank you for making this experience seamless for us.

The services provided and compassion shown in a difficult time has made a horrible situation bearable. The team at Turner and Porter treated our two puppies with dignity, respect and helped us as a very difficult time. You can drop off your pet in person with their favourite belongings and they will be returned to you safely within a few days.
